After finally bending the last miniscule pebble out of your irritated eyes, you made your way up to the stands with the Gaang, who all looked you over with concern.

"Y/N! Are you okay?" Katara asked, being the first one to stand up after she noticed you.

You nodded to the side, "I'll be alright." You spoke.

"You did great out there!" She said reassuringly. You nodded in appreciation before looking down to Aang, directing your attention to him. "Any other Earthbenders here catch your eye?" You asked him.

Aang shook his head, "Not like you did, nobody here seems to listen, their just throwing rocks and earth pillars at each other."

You nodded to the side, "Well, that's kinda what these people pay for, so."

Sokka and Katara share a glance, Sokka's giving the "I told you so."

Sokka then looked to you, a thought occurring to him, "Hold on..." Sokka chimed in, "Why didn't you tell us you were fighting in this tournament?" He asked questioningly.

You looked at the three of them, who waited expectantly for an answer, "Because I never planned to, Xin Fu came to the Orphanage after you guys left. He said he heard talk about me around town, so he came and asked me to fight. He guaranteed that I'd get enough money to leave Miss Chen set while I was gone with you, just in case you didn't find a teacher."

"Hmmm, Kinda sounds like you want to go." Sokka said in a jokey tone.

You grinned, "Maybe I do. There is something about Aang that I can't put my finger on. I want to find out what that is, and perhaps teach him how to Earthbend in the process."

Aang nodded in agreement, "I feel that way about you too, and it's also something subtle with your earthbending."

You furrowed your brows, "That's what Xin Fu said about my earthbending."

Speaking of Xin Fu, he was now in the middle of the Arena, being raised up by a large earth pillar. "And Now..." He began as the lights began to dim, "The Moment you've all been waiting for, The Boulder vs. The Blind Bandit!"

The lights go bright again, revealing a small girl with black hair holding up the champions belt under the loud cheering of the crowd. She was literally half the size of the female assistants standing next to her. As the lights finally brighten up, The Blind Bandit hands her belt to one assistant, while the other removes her cape, and they both walk off the arena.

"She can't really be blind right? It's only part of her character?" Katara asked out of curiosity.

"I think she is." Aang confirmed, not taking his eyes off of her.

"Her character? What, are you saying this is scripted?" You said with a slight chuckle.

"No of course not, it's just, I've never heard of a blind bender before." Katara said keeping her eyes glued to the champion.

Aang turned to Sokka, "What do you think, Sokka?"

"Hm, I think she is..." He sharply gestures downwards with his hands, "Going down!"

A flying lemur Coo'd from Sokka's outburst of excitement and jumped on your shoulder, surprising you. "Whoa."

Aang chuckled, "That's Momo, I think he likes you." Momo proceeds to climb onto your head and let out a small chirp, provoking a chuckle from the whole Gaang, with the exception of Sokka, who is fixed on the Boulder.

"The Boulder feels conflicted about fighting a young blind girl..." The Boulder said stepping forth slightly.

"Here he goes." You muttered.

The Blind Bandit mockingly points to the boulder, "Sounds to me like your scared Boulder..." She goes into a mockingly scared position.

The Boulder pauses, giving a stunned and perplexed look before he spoke again, "The Boulder is over his conflicted feelings," He narrows his eyes, "And now he's ready to bury you in a ROCK-ALANCHE!" He exclaims while making a dramatic crushing gesture.

"Whenever you're ready, The Pebble." She said, throwing her head back and laughing maniacal teen girl laughter.

You saw Aang widen his eyes slightly, like he remembered something.

"It's On!" The Boulder exclaimed. Though, despite all of his bravado, he was sweating profusely with big drops sliding down his big forehead.

As the Bout began, the Boulder took a large and hulking step forth, shouting a very loud and audible battle cry and preparing to send a wave of stalagmites her way. As he took his second step, The Blind Bandit swings her foot at the ground, creating a shockwave that moved at a shocking speed. As the Boulder brought his foot down, his foot met the shockwave and caused him to fall down in a perfect split.

Everyone in the crowd, especially Sokka's excited expression turned to one of secondhand pain. You stood up suddenly, Momo still on your head and unphased by the movement. "That is some good karma." You giggled.

The Boulder let out a pained cry as he struggled to hold himself in the split, luckily for him, or unluckily... a little bit of both, The Blind Bandit makes a swift chopping motion with her hand, causing three stalagmites the erupt from the arena floor, and strike the Boulder in the back, ejecting him from the ring.

The Blind Bandit smiles and raises her fist in the air as Xin Fu's voice echoes throughout the arena. "The Winner, and still undefeated champion, The Blind Bandit!"

The crowd roared with excitement, Sokka buried his face in his hands and started pouting.

"How did she do that?" Katara asked.

"She waited..." Aang started.

You gasped, "-And Listened!" You said in sync with Aang. getting goosebumps from the revelation. "She's Blind! So, if she doesn't rely on sight, she HAS to rely on her hearing!"

Xin Fu landed in the middle of the Arena, a sack of coins in hand, "To make things a little more interesting, I'm offering this sack of Gold Pieces to anyone who thinks they can defeat 'The Blind Bandit'!"

Xin Fu looked around; nobody dared. "What?! No one dares to face her?!" Xin Fu's eyes darted around the crowd, searching for any volunteer.Β

Aang suddenly got up and leaped down to the steps, "I will." He announced. Xin Fu gave an amused look before leaping back up to the announcer's tower.

You shot a confused look toward Sokka and Katara, "Wait, does he already know how to earthbend?"

"Nope!" Sokk said blankly.

You were perplexed, "Wait, seriously?"

Sokka nodded, "Yeahp. I don't know what he's thinking." He stood up and looked toward Aang, "GO AANG! Avenge The Boulder!"

You sat back down, curious to see how this fight would go.

The Blind Bandit spoke with a grin, "Do people really want to see two little girls fighting out here?"

The crowd Oo'd, you cracked a smile. "I don't want to fight you; I just want to talk to you."

Sokka gave a thumbs down, "BOOO, NO TALKING!"

Katara slapped him on the shoulder, "Don't boo at him!"

You had your eyes fixed on the Aang, wondering what his next move was, if he couldn't Earthbend, what was his plan? You didn't see a way for him to get out of this situation without revealing his identity, AGAIN, or by humiliating himself.

Aang took a small step forward, The Blind Bandit reacts as soon as his foot hits the ground. She stomps the ground with the side of her foot. A shock wave travels across the ground and causes a large rock to shoot out of the ground underneath Aang, who is launched into the air. He flips over her and lands softly on the ground behind her. She turns around with an upset expression on her face.

"Somebody's a little light on his feet, what's your fighting name? The Fancy Dancer?" The Blind bandit asked, taking a poke at Aang, who sheepishly grins and shrugs before stomping another pillar toward him.Β

Aang seemingly hovers across the Arena floor until he slides to a stop behind Toph. "Please, wait!" Aang yelled, loud enough for you to hear.

The Blind Bandits ears perked toward the sound of his voice, "There you are." She thrusts her closed palms upward, bringing a rock about the size of her body up and launching it at Aang.Β

Aang twirls back, then thrusts his palms forward, unleashing a gust of Air that stops the rock and blows the Blind Bandit back, then over the edge of the ring. She lands with an OOMPH.Β

The entire crowd rose, stunned; everyone present sharing collective shock. Then, suddenly, the crowd cheered. You peered over the edge of the stands and noticed the Blind Bandit stomping off, Aang pursuing her. "Wait!" You heard him shout from the stairs. "Please, listen, I need an Earthbending teacher, and I think it is supposed to be you!"Β

"Whoever you are, just leave me alone!"Β  She said, stomping the ground to make an opening to a passageway, then shutting it as Aang caught up to her.

"Come on, guys." You waved Katara and Sokka over.Β

With a few quick motions of your hands, you created a sturdy bridge from the stands and used it to get back to the ring. When you got there, Sokka ran up and hugged Xin Fu, then quickly nabbed the belt and the sack of gold. Aang returned, looking disappointed and sad.

"Way to go, Champ!" Sokka said, holding the belt and money high.

The next morning, Sokka had agreed to give you about half of the coins from Aang's victory over the Blind Bandit on top of the participation money you got. You brought it to Miss Chen, who was skeptical at first, but was eventually grateful.Β

You were walking through town with the GAang, staying mostly in silence really, Sokka and Katara were really the only ones talking. Aang was really fixed on finding the Blind Bandit, and you had agreed to help him.

"I got to admit, now im really glad I bought this bag, it matches the belt, perfectly." Sokka said, looking down at the belt and bag with delight.Β

Katara rolled her eyes, "That is a big relief."Β

You neared master Yu's earth bending academy, the place where all of this started. Aang changed the subject, "If we want to find the Blind Bandit, the earth bending Academy is a good place to start." He said.

As the four of you walked in, you we greeted by none other than Ty and Lee, they were practicing in the academy's courtyard. Ty looked up and saw you, then frowned. "Oh great, you again."Β

"How'd it feel to get clobbered by the boulder?" Lee asked mockingly.Β

"Unless you want to hop in the tournament yourself and find out, don't talk, least I participated and made a name for myself, hat's more than you can say-"Β

"Alright, drop it." Ty said, obviously not wanting to start another fight.Β

Sokka glanced at you, his facial expression saying, "nicely done."Β

Ty noticed Aang, "Hey, you're the kid that beat the Blind Bandit!" he said.

Aang nodded in confirmation, "Yeah, we need to talk to her, do you know where she lives?"

Β "No, the Blind Bandit is a mystery," Ty raises his fist dramatically. "She shows up to fight, and then disappears."Β

"Really?" You asked skeptically.

Lee spoke up from beside Ty, "Seriously, no one knows where she goes, or who she really is."Β

"We can't expect them to know anyway." You directed at Aang.Β

Both Ty and Lee took offense to that comment. "What's that supposed to mean?"Β

"Will you shut up; I'm doing you a favor for not pushing the subject." You said in a raised voice.Β

"Whatever."

Aang thought for a moment, "Okay, maybe it's because we're asking about the wrong person. In my vision, I saw a girl with black hair in a white dress, with a pet flying boar. Know anyone like that?" he asked hopefully.Β

"A pet flying Boar?" You asked questioningly. "Why didn't you say so? The flying Boar is the symbol of the Beifong family." You said, thinking back to all of the times you walked past it during your trips to the hill.

"Yeah," Ty said, "They are the richest people in town."Β

Lee chimed in, "Wait, but they don't have a daughter."Β

Aang's eyes were still hopeful, "A flying Boar is good enough for me, let's go!" he took off through the academy entrance. Followed by You and Katara, then Sokka, trailing the pack.Β

"Yeah, you better run." You heard Ty mutter just loud enough for you to hear.Β

You stopped in your tracks, allowing Katara to pass you. Sokka walks backwards, whispering "Water tribe," coolly while giving a double handed salute, the turning and exiting the academy.

You preferred a more earth Bender type of goodbye. You made a chopping motion with your fists, causing a pillar to erupt from the ground diagonally right in front of Ty and hit him in the chest, knocking the air out of him. "I'm not a pushover any more Ty, watch your mouth!" You said, making your point clear to both him and Lee, then marching off.

(A/N)Β - I figured a double upload wouldn't hurt. Now, from here on out, I want to let you all know that the chapters will begin getting longer because I want to be able to fit season 2 and season 3 in this one book. That is if I write it that far.Β

So, with that being said, thank you for reading this story, let me know if you have any thoughts about something I should do in the future, I may consider it if it works and makes sense.

Stay tuned and stay immersed.

God Bless.

*Post Credit scene*

Back at the Earth Rumble VI venue, the Boulder and Xin Fu stood, discussing the tournaments events, the arena able to be seen in the distance.

"I'm telling you, The Boulder was standing right there, I saw the kid strike, but there was no Earthbending. Nothing made contact. The Blind Bandit just fell out of the ring. She must have took a dive and split the money with the kid."Β

Xin Fu slammed the wall next to him with his fist, causing large rocks to crack and fall from above and smash his toes. He growls in anger and pain, "And Quake was with them when they left. He needs the money for his orphanage, he must have a part in this too." Xin Fu said angrily.Β

"Nobody cheats Xin Fu!"Β
