Breona Taylor was shot in her own home by three Louisville metro police department. She committed no crimes. The police had no reason to be there. The officers Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison, and Myles Cosgrove entered the house through a no-knock warrant and shot at her eight times. Breona Taylor was born on June 5th, 1993 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her parents Tamika Palmer and Trory Herrad. She went to Western High school and graduated in 2011. Breona Taylor then produced to go to the University of Kentucky. After she graduated she became an EMT for the city of Louisville, she also worked as an ER technician for the University of Louisville Jewish hospital, worked in two different hospitals and she was a need for Norton hospital. If you were to ask any of her friends to describe her they would say she was kind and had the need to help others. Early in the morning of March 13 she was awoken by police coming in by a no-knock warrant and was shot 8 times. The police believed that was a place of drug activity. She was only 26 with her life ahead of her. She Was with her boyfriend Kenneth Walker who shot at them because they thought the police were intruders. There was only one arrest that of Walker. The police officer is yet to be charged with the murder of Breonna Taylor. May we wish her a happy birthday on April 5th.
