Jonathan slips Elina a note saying to meet him at his apartment. When Elina reads the note and wonders if she should meet him or not.

In the end she decides to meet him and goes to his apartment. When she gets there she nocks on the door and Jonathan opens.

I didn't think you would come says Jonathan

I wasn't going to but i can't deny that I have missed you says Elina.

Jonathan let her in with a smile. They sat down by the kitchen island and start talking both smiling like school kids.

My question remains Why when you first got out didn't you come to me??? says Elina

I didn't come to you because I didn't now how you would react and feel says Jonathan

And I didn't know where you were says Jonathan

Demons had me so you should've known says Elina

Well I didn't know, does that really matter we are together now and you told me how you feel can't we just be together says Jonathan and leans towards Elina and they kiss(well make out)

She kisses back to her it just feels right but then she think's of Alec and suddenly she pushes Jonathan of.

I can't I'm with Alec I got to go, she says

Stay we can't just talk I promise, says Jonathan

No sorry I can't she says and leaves.

When Elina leaves she goes straight back to the institute. As she goes through the door Alec is there to meet her with a worried face.

Where have you been? I was worried when I couldn't find you says Alec

I just need to clear my head so I took a walk says Elina

I lost you for two years I don't want to loose you again, tell somebody where you are going next time says Alec.

Sorry I didn't think says Elina.

They just look at each other, hug and make out after that they went to their room.

In the mean time Jonathan thinking Elina choose Alec decides to side with Valentine.

Time skip (to when Jonathan is trying to get out of the institute undetected)

Jonathan's got a blade to Clary's throat and Elina offered to change places with her.

Jonathan didn't take her up on this offer he just cut Clary and chucked her and sped out of there.

Time skip (to when Jonathan and Jace fight on the bridge)

Jonathan and Jace fight and stab each other.

Don't kill him!! screams Elina.

Jonathan hearing Elina thought she was telling him not to kill Jace so he hesitated and Jace just stabbed him straight through the heart. Jonathan is dyeing and Jace is just smiling and throw him of the bridge in to the water below.

Elina looked at Jace with tears in her eyes and said I asked you not to kill him.
