"You mean Takemi is going to court about the attack" Hikaru asked. Ryouhei nodded "Yeah I over heard the other students"

"He's got a good case, right" Jirou questioned as he looked at Yuuto for support. Yuuto sighed "Just because he as all the proof in the world, does'nt mean the attacker will go down"

"But he grabbed my neck, insulted many other students" Jirou protested. "Yeah, Karasu did that, but he's dad attacked Takemi" Ryouhei spoke as he pulled on his hair.

Hikaru looked down "But a few of the students saw Takemi being put in the ambulance, Nosaka went in the ambulance and the Fubuki twins they found him, surely they will be going with him for support"

"Talking about the Outei kid in court" Fudou smirked as walked into the classroom. "Shouldn't you be in lesson" Jirou spoke.

Fudou smirked as threw a banana skin at Yuuto "I'm on my way there now, so just thought I'll pop in and say one of the Fubuki twins is pretty shaken up by seeing Takemi in a bad way"

Yuuto blinked "Everyone heard about the state he was in"

Ryouhei nodded "What if he's not fit enough to give evidence, it happens you know before anyone jumps on me"

"Shut up, he's coming" Fudou snapped.

"Who" Jirou asked.

"The teacher duh" Ryouhei commented

"No it's Takemi" Hikaru spoke up.

Takemi made eye contacted with the students, "You can talk about me I don't care"

Yuuto walked up to the outei student "You feeling okay, I can understand you being upset about the court date and everything" he spoke as he put his hand on Takemi's shouder.

"I'm...not coping, I've got to stand up infront of Judges, Jury, and look my attacker in the eye, What if they think I'm lying and I go down"

Yuuto took a deep breath in before Hikaru joined him "You won't go down, You've got witnesses to be there with you" he gave a small smile.

Takemi bit his lip "WHAT ABOUT YOU ALL YOU NEVER WENT THROUGH I DID" Ryouhei blinked as he looked at the boy breathing heavily. "I don't know how to respond to that"

Hikaru looked down before staring at Takemi "It's okay to be scared, I was when I lost my family, I felt alone in the world"

Yuuto nodded "I lost my parent's in a plane crash when I was six, being adopted by a stranger was the hardest thing for me to face, having no uncle or aunts to take me on"

Fudou snickerd "Then you got Penguin boy being a only child for all these years then he's mom is popping another one out"

Sakuma nodded "Everyone is right, We've all been alone and scared before its normal"he sighed.

Takemi looked at Sakuma before the rest "I guess so" he sighed before walking off. "DID OUR PET TALK NOT WORK" screamed Ryouhei.

Takemi reached the boy's bathroom he backed to a wall before sliding down to the ground "Please leave me alone"
