Love story the movie I made with Keith has made millions since opening week and it's been two months.
I've had many calls from movie producers and tv  producers who want me to be in there production it's crazy.
Over the last couple months my mom and I hatched out our little rough patch that we were going thru and so far so good. She still had her 'momager' moments but she's getting better at knowing when to be my mother and when to be my manager.. I guess. 
I was reunited with an old cast mate name Deric at the red carpet event. We've been talking every day since then.

"Zariah, your mother wants to speak with you." Tre said, standing in the door way.

"Okay thanks, I'll be down in a few." I reploed, not taking my eyes off my phone as my fingers quickly tapped the screen.

"Dang who ever you text you got you smiling hella hard." Tre chuckled.

I looked up to see him  leaning against the doorframe with his arms folded over his chest looking back at me.
"What im not even smiling hard." I chuckle throwing a pillow at him as he caught it.

Over time Tre and I developed a best friend type of relationship he's still my bodyguard but more like a best friend than bodyguard.

"If you smile any harder your cheeks would reach up to yo ears."

"Whatever Tre." I chuckled standing up sliding my phone in my back pocket. "And It's just Deric." I told him walking  past him heading down the staircase.

"That dude from the red carpet thing?" Tre asked from behind me.

"Yep." I nodded opening the door to my moms office shutting the door in Trees face.

I happily jogged toward her sitting cris crossed in the chair in front of her desk. "Tre said you wanted to speak to me?"

"Yeah I just got a call from Tyler Perry and he wants you to be on his show 'For Better or Worse." Ma said excitedly.

"Really?" I smiled.

"Yeah, so we have to fly out to Georgia in a couple weeks." She smiled.

"Okay cool." I nodded pulling my vibrating phone from my back pocket. A smile crept on my face as I saw the text from Deric.

Deric👫😛🙈: " If you not busy you wanna link up?" -5:04pm.

Me : "Yeah, what time?"

Deric👫😝🙈: "In a hour? -5:06pm

Me: "okay I'll be ready."

Deric👫😛🙈: "ight gimmie ya address I'll come swoop you."

Me: "swoop me?"

Deric👫😛🙈 : "pick you up  dang girl you need to get out more lol but I'll be there see you in a few." 5:08pm

Me: oh okay, I'll be ready." I replied giving him my address.

"Zariah are you even listening to me?" Ma asked.

"Sorry what did you say?" I asked as she sighed.

"I said that yo- nothing nevermind your mind not even here right now go do whatever you were doing." She said waving me off.

"Ight well I'm bout to go with Deric I'll be back later."

"I don't like that boy Zar." Ma informed.

"Well I do. I'll see you later." I said walking down the hallway.

I sat on the stool by the bar looking at my phone. I scrolled through Instagram looked at snapchat and read on watt pad as I waited.

Deric👫😛🙈: "I'm outside." -6:10pm. I quickly hopped down from the stood grabbing my jacket off the rack.

"Where you going?" Tre asked walking around with his hand in the bag of Doritos.

"With Deric."

"He outside?"

"Yeah." I nodded sliding my jacket on and my shoes.

"Why the little nigga ain't come to the door like a man suppose to?" Tre asked raising his eye brow.

I rolled my eyes tying my shoes as I heard the noise of the Doritos bag being rolled up. I looked up to see Tre putting his shoes on.

"Where you going?" I asked looking up to him.

"I am yo bodyguard Zariah."

"It's coo Tre you can go home early if you want Ima be with Deric I'll be okay." I said giving him a soft smile.

"Damn it's like that now?" He said holding his hand over his heart.

"Stop being dramatic it's not like nothing all I'm saying is I don't need you to guard me if Ima be with Deric we prolly just gonna chill."

"Mhm.. okay Zariah well I guess I'll see you whenever you need a nigga." Tre said grabbing his shades from the counter.

"Stop being dramatic." I laughed as he opened the door for me  walking out behind me.

I rolled my eyes at the paparazzi who stood around the gates of the house. "When will they leave me alone." I sighed.

I smiled seeing Deric sitting on the back of his car I jogged over towards him as he hopped down.

"Hey D." I smiled as he wrapped his long arms around me as we hugged. "Wasup beautiful." He smiled.

"Wasup Bruh, I  never got to   introduce myself to you I'm Trevante... And you are?" Tre asked with his hand out for him to shake.

"Deric." He said dryly.

"Oh your Deric,heard alot about you."

"Oh you the bodyguard right?"

"Bestfriend brother bodyguard whatever you wanna call it." Tre said giving him a fake smiled.

"Welll okayy now that everybody is acquainted.. I think it's time for us to go." I said looking from Deric to Tre who both looked at each other intended as I tried to pull Deric's arm.

"Yeah let's go." Deric said wrapping his arm around me.

"Ight y'all be coo." Tre said walking away from us toward his car. I shook my head turning to walk toward Deric's car opening the passenger door getting in.

"Why were you sitting on yo car?" I asked buckling my seat belt up.

"Cause It's my car and I wanted to sit outside while I waited." He said starting the car pulling off.

"I guess."

"Yea, any more questions?"

"Yea where we going?"

"Just relax and ride." He smiled, turning the radio on as Big Sean's Bounce Back Played.

"My life could be in danger." I joked.

"Trust me with Allstate stands your in Deric's hands."

"Really." I stale faced him. The ride was silent during the 30 minute ride  I looked out the window  at the large homes and buildings we passed.

"Aye wasup with you and ole boy." Deric asked breaking the solence.

"Who?" I asked turning toward him.

"Don't play dumb you know who I'm talking about."

"Trevante?

"Mhm."

"Oh Nothing going on between us if that's what you thinking. He's just my bodyguard and a good friend of mine. Why?"

"I don't like him, it's something about I don't like. I see the way he looks at you Zariah." Deric said pulling into his driveway.

"And how does he look at me Deric?" I asked getting annoyed.

"Like he wants you. He looks at you the way a man looks at a woman that he wants."

"Whatever Deric, Tre doesn't want me I told you were only friends and he my bodyguard plus  I think he has a girlfriend so you can chill on that." I said  getting out of the car folding my arms across my chest.

"Mhm he better learn who not to fck with he know this mine." Deric said walking behind my grabbing my ass.

"Stop! you not mine and I'm not yours so keep yo hands to yourself." I said smacking his hands away walking toward the door.

"We're" I said pointing between him and I."Not official."

"Well." He started, before unlocking  the front door as I stepped inside. "Let's make us official then." He smiled. "Ha" I chuckled sitting down on the couch.

"What you Chuckling for I'm dead ass serious Zariah, you know I like you and I know you like me let's quit playing and be something." He smiled grabbing my hands looking me in my eyes.

"Zariah will you be mine?" He smiled.

"Deric I don't know I- I was cut off by his lips smashing into mine as his large hands took place on both of my cheeks. The kiss was so passionate and strong.

"Shhh I don't wanna hear nothing else but a yes from you.. We can take things slow Zariah no need in rushing anything."

"Promise?"

I watched as she crossed his heart placing his right hand up. "I promise babygirl"

"Okay."

"Okay?" He smiled. "So you mine?" He smiled brightly standing up.

"Yeah, let's give it a try." I nodded, smiling.

"Yes!" He smiled picking me up spinning me around. " Ight let's fck." He said carrying bridal style toward the stairs.

"Deric!" I gasped hitting his chest.

"Chill I'm just playing, but give me another kiss."
