We walked out of the school like bad asses and hoped in my truck and blasted WDW as we drove off. We were finally out of that place and summer vacation had just begun.

*Friday*
Y/N POV

It was finally the first official day of summer and it was so nice to relax and not have to worry about homework or school. I finally got to sleep in for once. During the school year I couldn't even sleep in on weekends because of how much homework I had.
I have 2 mouths of relaxing and spending time with my family before I move to LA for school. I will finally be a Cali girl and not have to be stuck in this small town much more. It will be easy to visit my family because it's only a 3 hour flight from home.
LA is going to be so much fun but I'm going to miss Kenzie so much.
I haven't talk to trinity much lately because I've been so busy but she's one of my best friends. She lives in the same town as my dad and I'm gonna have to hang out with her as much as possible before I leave. Trin is a year younger then Kenzie and I but we've know each other most of our lives.
When I finally decided to get out of bed this morning I hopped into the shower and washed up before going to make my self some food. By the time I had got out and finally had time to check my phone it was blowing up with texts.
Mom: Hi honey have a good day and text me if your going anywhere

Dad: Hi hope you have a good first day of summer while I'm stuck at work lol, Are you coming down tonight to stay the weekend??

Jack: Hi y/n, how's it like being a free woman!

Wdw group chat- Z: Omg you guys are so lucky to be on vacation!
C: So jealous right now
Jo: gosh I need a coffee, and a break.

I replied to everyone and went about my day. I also decided it would be nice to go visit my dad this weekend because I haven't been in a while because of all my school work. As I was about to start making my breakfast I got a text from Kenzie.

Kenzie: Hey, you wanna go out for breakfast??
Y/N: sure! pick you up in 20?
Kenzie: sounds good!

I stoped what I was doing and put everything away. I ran up stairs to get ready. I wore this

I did my hair and makeup and by the time I was done I was already running late so I ran out the door to go pick up Kenzie.

When I got to Kenzie's house she was wearing this,

Y/N: ooooooh you look so cute! What's the special occasion?
Kenzie: the first day of summer, Duh!
Y/N: true that!
Kenzie: and may I add how freaking cute you look today
Y/N: Why thank you, hahah!
Kenzie: I so hungry!
Y/N: Sammmme!! Let's go!

On the drive to breakfast we just blared are music in my Truck with all the windows down, singing at the top of our lungs. We pulled up to the restaurant and got seated. When we were getting ready to order and I hear a very familiar voice behind me.

JO: I need a coffee! Stat !
Y/N: omg Jonah what are you doing back! Arnt you suppose to be one tour?
JO: didn't I say I needed and coffee tho, and a break?
Y/N: how did you guys get a break?
JO: well on tour we get to reserve a week for rest and this week is the week!
Y/N: no way! But were are the rest of the boys?
JO: still getting ready at the hotel, they take along time to do there hair, hahah, they said I could meet them here.
Y/N: oh, cool, well take a seat and we will get 5 more menus, hahah

We were sitting in a big round booth so when the others got here there would be room. As I was enjoying my coffee and taking with Makenzie and Jonah, I had learned that Makenzie had known about this break since that day we met them for the first time. It made me feel so special that the boys wanted to hang with us even though we had all became great friends over text. As I was sipping my coffee I glanced up to see non other then a boy with very curly hair walk in the door with 3 other boys following along. When they reached our table I jumped up and gave jack a huge hug!

Jo: WOW I never got greeted like that, harsh!
Y/N: aww I'm sorry Jonah, do you still want that hug?
Jo: DUH?
I walked over to Jonah and gave him a hug
C: Hey what about us!
I ran to the other boys and gave each of them a hug as well, well except for Zach because he was to busy hugging and talking to Makenzie but I wasn't mad about it.
We all sat down and ordered breakfast. We were in the booth sitting in order of Jonah, Daniel, Makenzie,Zach,Corbyn, Me, and jack.
It was so good seeing the boys again and hearing all about tour so far. The boys had also told us that they decided they were gonna stay in rivedale for there whole break which I thought was crazy. They said that there family is always showing up at all there concerts so they were ok with not going home. Plus they were all so tired of travelling and didn't want to get on a plane next which was understandable. Their last concert was 5 hours away from here but there first one after there week off was only 3 hours the opposite direction. They would have gone near river dale anyways to get to there next show. Then I remembered I told my dad I was going to come down this weekend.

Y/N: omg I totally forgot I was going to my dads this weekend!
Z: that's ok we can hang with Kenzie and find stuff to do till you get back.
J: how far away does your dad live?
Y/N: only like 45 minuets away, not to far.
J: could I come? It would be nice to meet your dad and get to introduce myself.
Y/N: I guess you probably could, I would have to text him and ask. Now that I'm thinking about it you haven't met my mom yet.
J: I could meet her today if you want?
Y/N: Mr.Avery are you trying to meet my parents and make sure they approve of you!
J: well I want to be accepted into the family one day!
Z:Ohhhh jack wants to date Y/N !
J: maybe I do!
Y/N: ohhhh, but you still owe me that date you promised.
J: how about if I can come with you I will take you on a date, deal.
Y/N: deal

Y/N: hey dad is it ok if I bring my friend this weekend, he showed up today and surprised me and I don't want to cancel our weekend again.
Dad: HE, who is this boy?
Y/N: it's complicated but remember that band I saw that you got me tickets for my birthday? He's in that band.
Dad: I guess you could bring him, no miss behaving while your here with him then.
Y/N: ok dad I promise don't worry.

Y/N: my dad said yes jack, you can come!
Jack: cool, this is going to be so much fun!

We all ate our breakfast and talked until everyone was done. My mom was done her shift early so jack and I decided to drive back to my house. The boys had a rental car so they all drove there own way and went to Kenzie's house.

Me and jack walked in the front door and I saw my mom sitting on the couch.

Y/N:hi mom, umm, I would like you to meet my friend, jack.
She stands up
Mom: well hello jack, you must be the boy y/n is always talking to.
Jack: Hello mrs. y/l/n.
Jack shook her hand
Mom: call me y/moms/n. It's very nice to finally meet you.
Jack: you too!
Y/N: well we are gonna go upstairs and packs for dads this weekend.
Mom: your dad is letting you bring are boy! That's suppressing!
Y/N: I know maybe he finally realized I'm old enough to date and have a guy over.
Mom: well jack, you are always welcomed here.
Jack: thank you

We walked upstairs to my room, jack sat on my bed and I began to pack.

Jack: don't forget a date outfit
Y/N: well where are you taking me?
Jack: I acually have no clue, I'm not from around here remember.
Y/N: ooohh right, here's all the places around my dads

I tossed him my phone so he could look.

Jack: dress casual but also like nice restaurant attire
Y/N:well that's help full hahah

I continued to pack and then I through my bag in the back of my truck.We drove over to jacks hotel to grab his stuff, then we headed off to my dads house .
