Changmin had gone nuts.

He was too obsessed with the upcoming event he planned for seniors, he wanted it to be the best event their university ever held, and he wanted it to be grand. To get that, he wanted everything to go very smoothly, even the decoration must be perfect.

Because of those dreams, he has summoned everyone to the hall on Saturday just to see the progress, and to have everything updated.

"Don't slack off!" Changmin hit Chanhee's thin arm hard until the latter groaned, his arm felt like dying. "You know your team is the most important one."

"We're doing it!" Chanhee retaliated, expressing his anger towards his best friend. If he wanted to slack off, he wouldn't be here in the first place when he could have been on his soft mattress, sleeping until the sun rose to its highest peak. "Kevin got the materials, we are waiting for him."

"I'm so stressed with you guys", massaging his temples, he leaned against the wall of the corridor they were standing in, controlling himself from bringing out his Chucky vibe.

No one would ever survive if he was possessed.

"Why are you so mad at me?" Chanhee complained, taking his arms crossed against his chest. "Juyeon is slacking off with Heiji, but you are not upset, strangely?"

By the remark, Changmin sighed, rolling his eyes in the process. He knew sooner or later, that Chanhee would have pointed it out, but he never expected it to be this fast.

"They are handling food!" once again the father of Chucky got mad, slapping his best friend on the back, without mercy.

Strangely, nobody found it weird to see these two fighting in the corridor as if it was a usual sight for everyone to see. On top of that, no one would dare to point the action out, worried that they would be visited by Chucky in the middle of the night.

Except for Freya.

With a questioning expression on her face, she stopped herself from walking any further right in front of the two who were busy hitting each other. She then squeezed herself between them to stop the violence from going on.

"What are you guys doing?" her eyes flickered from Changmin to Chanhee, her gaze was slightly glaring. "You guys are so childish."

"Not me."

"Then, is it me?"

"Yes, it is!"

"Stop you two!" Freya yelled at the top of her lungs, pushing the two boys in opposite directions. "One second you two are so close but another second you could have killed each other. What is it with you two?"

Silence then fell upon them for a few seconds, a bit taken aback by the girl's action. Chanhee busily brushed the dust off his shirt whilst Changmin reflecting himself from the wrongdoing he did.

And nothing Freya could do other than be proud of herself like a true winner.

"But Freya, why are you late?" it was then, Chanhee questioned, noticing the time displayed on his digital watch that was hugging his wrist - she was late by 10 minutes. "I thought you would come with Juyeon but he has already been here since an hour ago."

"I was waiting for Hana", she answered like nothing was wrong upon mentioning the name of the girl who had been absent for almost a week.

And the males were ecstatic, knowing that the girl had finally come back. Furiously, they skimmed the hallway as if she would be appearing right there and then as they did so.

"And where is her?" Changmin took the turn to ask. He almost thought that his eyesight was problematic since he could not see the mentioned girl anywhere near.

"There she is", instead of Freya, Chanhee replied, chinning towards the end of the hallway where their female friend was.

She looked so gorgeous in that denim-on-denim outfit although she just recovered from a sickness. The black boots on her feet produced a clicking and clacking sound against the cemented floor, earning attention from the students loitering in the hallway.

However, what caught her friends' attention was not her good fashion but the demeanor beside her - Kevin.

"How can you become so skinny?" Kevin was concerned, skimming Hana's figure from head to toe. "Don't you have any appetite?"

As the images of Hana and Kevin became larger in view, Chanhee took the chance to whisper among them, pointing out something.

"People said, you better not mess up with a girl", he glanced over at Freya, knowing that she would understand his saying. "She would've gifted you revenge."

Like how he had predicted, Freya smirked, exactly knowing the meaning behind those words. Nonetheless, Changmin was clueless, he blinked out of confusion.

"What does that mean?"

However, the lack of time to explain was the reason why Changmin never received the answer.

"Hey guys", Hana finally greeted, her voice was a bit raspier than usual. "Miss me?"

"Not really", Chanhee sassily remarked, being the perfect ambassador of being savage but then Hana nudged him softly, knowing that he never meant it. "Stop it!"

It was then, the ice prince finally broke the coldness, replacing it with his warmest side. But still, Choi Chanhee had such a high ego. Though his heart told him to hug the girl, he just patted her on the shoulder as a greeting.

"Didn't know that you two have reconciled?" Kevin chimed in, grinning at the view he was seeing. "Nice to see."

"And rare to see you smiling the widest", the corner of Changmin's lips tucked upwards, his brows slightly wriggled, meaning to tease Kevin. "Happy enough huh?"

"Hey, Hana!"

The calm air finally was interrupted by a loud voice echoing within the area, Hana couldn't resist from flinching when her name was called.

Her hand was placed on her chest to calm her heartbeat down, it strangely was thumping more furiously when the figure seemed rushing towards her direction.

"Let me see you", little did Hana know, a palm was placed on her forehead, its owner was trying to figure out her body temperature by differentiating it from his own. She was so stunned by the abrupt action that she could not move. "Your fever has gone down but still you are warm."

Juyeon tilted his head, looking for the eyes of the girl who seemingly had frozen in her position. The girl swore she could feel her breath hitched by the slightest touch of the boy she had not seen nor contacted for almost a week. However, she immediately snapped back into reality when she saw Heiji behind him, all smiling towards her.
