I went inside.

He looked at me and smiled . He was checking reports . There are a lot .

Sumedh: : "tum kab ayi ."

Mallika : "15 minute pehle mein fresh hoke mummy ne kaha tha ki ap yaha ho."

He just nodded.And again concentrated on his work.

Sumedh : " Mallika . "

She hummed . She was still standing.
He signed her to sit beside him. She came and sat

Sumedh : "mallika maine tumhara joining letter ✉️ submit kar diya hai. To tum agar chaho to kal se join
kar sakti ho. Aur tum agar bad mein bhi join karo toh koi problem nahi hai.

Mallika : "hmm"

Sumedh : "Lekin agar tumhe kabhu kisi cheez ki problem ho ya agar ki tumhare sath misbehave kare to tumhe mujhe kehna hoga "

She just nodded.

Sumedh : "so deal"

Mallika : "deal"

She said with a smile .

Mallika : "sumedh ji main abhi chalti hu mummy ke pas. "

He just nodded .

She left.

She came down stairs and heard sounds coming from kitchen and no one was there in living room.

She headed towards kitchen to see vasanti is making arrangements for cooking.

Mallika : mummy main apki help karu.

She said with a smile 😊.

Vasanti : nahi tum chup chap yaha betho.aur ha tumne kuch khaya bhi nahi hai to yaha mere samne beth ke khao.

She said in a commanding tone while passing her a plate full of dhokla.



She sat on the kitchen counter took the plate from her. She indicated vasanti to come forward she came.

Mallika kissed her cheeks And said

Mallika : thank you

Vasanti was smiling seeing her gesture. She put her hand on her head caressing it.

Vasanti : thank mat bol tu toh meri beti hai na aur toh aur mujhe pata chala ki tu foodie hai. Toh isliye maine tere liye bana li. Ab chal jaldi jaldi khake bol kesi bani hai.

She said with a smile 😊.

Mallika : mummy ap ko kese pata ki mujhe yeh sab pasand hai ?

She asked in a shocked manner.

Vasanti indicated her to look backwards.

She looked and saw sumedh coming downstairs and was busy in a call.

Vasanti : beta itna sharmao mat aur mein toh bohot khush hu ki tum dono itne kam samay mein ek dusre ko janne ki koshish kar rahe ho. Aur sumedh se maine pucha tha ki tumhe kya khaana pasand hai toh usne kaha ki tum foodie type ki ho toh maine tumhare liye ye taiyaar ki.

She said while taking a small piece of dhokla and feeding her .

Mallika was looking at her with tearful eyes.

Vasanti :are mallika tum ro kyu rahi ho?

She said while wiping her tears

Mallika just hugged her and was crying. Vasanti hugged her back and was caressing her back

Mallika : kuch nahi mummy voh bas maa ki yaad agayi thi . Vo bhi na meri aise hi care karti thi.

She said while sobbing.

Vasanti : ro mat mallika main hu na aur tumhe jab bhi apni maa ki yaad aye toh tum chali jana. Tumhe jitne din rehna hai reh lena lekin aise rona mat . Apne bache ko rote hu dekhke mujhe dukh nahi hota kya. Ab rona band karo aur yeh kha na finish karo.

She said while cupping her face by her chin and said the last line in a serious tone.

Mallika wiped her tears and looked towards the food while pouting.

Mallika : mummy main aur nahi kha payungi. Ap ne baat karte karte bohot sara khila diya .

Vasanti : nahi sara finish karo. Tumne abhi tak kuch nahi khaya ab chup chap kha lo.

She said showing fake anger while doing her work.

Mallika : plzzzz plzzz.

She said showing her puppy eyes.

Vasanti : acha thik hai.

She said with a frown and after few seconds both burst into laughter.
Later on mallika helped her in making dinner and mallika also told her that she is gonna join hospital from tomorrow.

At night.

Everyone did their dinner and retired to their rooms and slept
