Parting Notes of Wisdom :)

That's all there is to it, guys! One more important reminder, please have a safeword that can't be used in normal conversation in case you need to escape your DR or it's getting too much to handle. Mine is "Mint Julep" but you guys can decide on any word or phrase as long as it can't be worked into normal conversations.


Another thing to keep in mind is that you can't shift more than once a day. It's mentally exhausting and chances are, you probably won't be able to do it and get a massive headache. But it isn't dangerous in the least, so don't go worrying about that! One more thing is to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated as this will help with the process and hydration ensures the flow of thoughts in your mind.
