Tracy is known for being the person who just makes things worse. And sometimes, she does that on purpose. Whether or not she is working for Courtney Love or not, Tracy tends to be the kind who does any action for her own purposes. Mainly to prove herself to others.

Tracy Love is a character who has dealt with many hardship in her past. For example, the way that her sister treated her when they were kids. Tracy has this need to prove herself that she could be as lethal and as deadly as her sister, but still acknowledge that Courtney is still pretty powerful.

Even though she is able to take orders, Tracy tends to feel heavily underpowered and she feels the need to be treated as an equal to her sister Courtney. That's why Tracy chooses to find the Trinity Members and attempt to capture Bandit, Cherry, Lily, and Miles. Yes, she succeeds, but Tracy didn't get what she wanted.

Even if she never gets what she wants, Tracy never gives up to prove herself to Courtney and tries to seem powerful to her sister.

Besides wanting to be powerful, Tracy also wanted to be loved. When it comes to romantic relationships, Tracy tends to be a little softer and she feels that the relationship would fill the gaping hole of emptiness in her. However, most of her relationships don't end well. Mainly because of Tracy's evil actions and her quest for power. That makes Tracy think that relationships don't help at all, and she ends up turning away from her relationships. But that doesn't stop her from being a huge flirt.

When she flirts, Tracy means no intention of making a relationship work, since most of the times she flirts are when she interacts with her enemies. But most of the time, she does end up having the thoughts of a possible relationship. Even though she turns down the opportunity, she still has feelings for most of the people she interacted. Whether or not she agrees with them.

Tracy's reasoning for being in Rat-A-Tat is something that she tends to cover up, mainly because of her past. Tracy wants to be viewed as a dangerous woman and someone that shouldn't be messed with. But she also wants to be viewed as someone who can be loving and caring. Most of the time, Tracy sometimes regrets focusing on gaining power and her ego, when she couldn't be present in any of her romantic relationships.
