Me, Aria and Hanna are in Spencer's hospital room, and Emily is in Paiges. The doctor said that the bullet that Spencer hit a artery in her arm and hes not sure if she'll live, Paige on the other hand is definitely going to live. I sit and put my head in my hands. Aria sits next to me and puts a hand on my back.

        " Hey. We both know Spencer is gonna make it. She's a fight. If she wasn't she would even be here. But she strong. She can pull through." Aria says.

         " Yea.. Arias right.. Spencer doesn't give up.. she's gonna be okay.." Hanna says but she doesn't sound as sure as Aria does.

         "Trust me Toby.. She's gonna be okay." Aria says. I look at Spencer. She's gotten paler. Her hair is a mess and has fallen onto her face. I walk over to the side of her hospital bed and brush the hair out of her face. She still looks beautiful.

         " I hope so." I say. I turn to Aria and Hanna who both look at me sadly. Emily come into the room with her head down.

          " The police were talking to me and said they found footage from the security cameras that Spencer set up. And it turns out what Spencer said is true. Paige is A.. paige caused all of this. This is all my fault I should have believed her! Spencer might die! I didn't believe.. I was so mean." Emily crys. Aria hugs Emily.

           " This isn't your fault." She says then whispers something to Emily. Emilys eyes widen and she covers her mouth.

         " Toby.. I'm sorry." Emily says and hugs me.

         " What are we gonna do when Paige wakes up.. after she completely heal she might go after Bree again.. and we have to watch Spencer 24/7." Aria says. " Toby maybe you should go home and take care of Bree.. we will call you if anything changes."

          " But.. I have to stay." I say.

           " Bree needs her Dad. Toby. Your daughter is at home and is probably confused and scared you have to go.. Spencer would want you to." Aria says. I think then nod.

(I have decided to do different Pov so you can know what happens at the hospital when Toby isn't there.)
   
          Emilys pov.

      I can't believe I didn't believe her. Aria sits in a hospital chair and falls asleep. I sit down and listen to the heart monitor. Beep Beep Beep. It continues to make the same noise over and over again so Spencer is still alive.. kinda... but it could flat line at anytime. Aria and Hanna are asleep so i walk over to Spencer's hospital bed.

           " I'm sorry I didn't believe you Spence. I should have. I feel like this is my fault. If I had believed you maybe you wouldn't be in this mess." I pause and start to cry. "You have to live Spence. For us. For Bree. For Toby. We all need you Spence. Your my best friend.. I should have believed you but I didn't and I'm sorry but please please don't die." I finish and cry even more. I sit back down and continue to listen to the heart monitor.  Aria sits up and hugs me.

          " Don't worry Em. She can make it.. I know she can. She needs us to have faith that she will live." Aria says. I nod and we both fall asleep.

          When we wake up Hanna is standing over Spencer's hospital bed. It looks like she's either putting makeup on her or doing her hair.

          " Hanna what the hell are you doing??" I ask.

          "I can't look at her like this its depressing." Hanna says.

         " Hanna.. stop. Just sit down okay. She's not awake leave her alone" Aria says. Hanna sits down.

         " Aria? How the hell are you so sure that Spencer is gonna make it?" I ask.

         "Because Em. She's Spencer. She fights. She is strong and I have faith that she will live. That's why." Aria says. I nod. We all sit in silence just listening to the heart monitor. The doctor comes and turns to us.

         "She doesn't seem to be improving. But her condition is not getting any worse so anything can happen." The doctor says. We nod. "There's a 50% chance she will survive and 50% chance she wont." He continues. " For now all you can do is hope for the best." Then the doctor leaves. We all look at each other. Then next few day the doctor says she has more and more chances of surviving. It's been about 3 weeks and we can tell she's doing better. The doctor says she has an 80% chance of surviving! Toby keeps calling.

Tobys Pov

      I'm so worried about Spence i don't know what I'll do without her. I love her so much. Bree is playing with her toys when I get a call from Aria.

       " Toby..." She says her voice shaking. "Somethings wrong with Spencer she was doing great and then.." She breaks down crying.

         " What! What happened!" I pause no answer. "Aria! What's wrong with Spencer?!"

          " Her heart stopped.. they are trying to get it to beat again but we don't know." She crys. My heart drops.

          " I will be there as soon as I can." I say hanging up and call Bree's babysitter. As soon as she gets her I rush to the hospital. In the waiting room Aria, Emily and Hanna are all hugging and crying.

        Arias Pov.

      When I see Toby I wipe my eyes and walk over to him.

      " We still don't know if she's okay or not..." I say and he slowly nods. The doctor comes over to us.

       " Well we have some good news... Miss. Hastings is fine. She's asleep.. we don't know if she's still in a coma state still or just sleeping but she's alive." The Doctor says and we sigh in relief. He let's us go back into Spencer's hospital room and we all sit down.
