Imagine playing hide and seek with Castiel, and then being called out on a hunt and forgetting to tell Dean that he's hiding.

Hunting wasn't boring - it was just the waiting in between. Research for jobs was so damn boring, so, naturally, you wanted to have some fun in the bunkhouse. Seeing that Sam and Dean were on a hunt, you could pretty much do anything you wanted.

And it would be even more funny, seeing as Castiel was here.

However, it seemed increasingly difficult to play games, as the angel didn't actually understand half of the rules you told him. In the end, you decided on hide and seek.

"So, I shall hide wherever I want?" he asked in a confused voice, and you nodded, a hiss of 'yep' escaping your mouth.

The angel slowly walked away - you'd banned him from teleporting - and you began to count to 20.

As you reached 17, your phone beside you buzzed - it was a message from Sam.

(Y/N), we need some back up. 21 Apton Lane.

You jumped into action, forgetting the angel who had somehow managed to squeeze into Dean's closet. Grabbing your hunting kit, you launched out of the door and into the nearby car you'd hired.

You, Sam and Dean returned to the house three hours later - the creature had been a poltergeist, and an obnoxious one at that. You threw yourself on the sofa whilst Sam went for a beer.

Dean, however, headed into his room to get changed. The poltergeist had decided it would be a lovely idea to shove Dean into a pond, and the male was soaking wet and covered in green algae.

"Where's Cas?" Sam spoke up from the fridge, chucking you a carton of apple juice. You caught it, and then frowned as you realised Castiel was certainly still hiding.

"(Y/N)! WHAT THE FRICK IS CAS DOING IN MY CLOSET?"

You winced. Sam grinned.
