Depression

This a request and I am very excited to write it.

I have a placement test soon though, so this will after that.

Anyway @youcantseemehere requested this and I can see you buster;-;.

They said, "Can you do one where George is secretly depressed and Clay (his best friend) doesn't know and one day George sends an alarming letter to Clay about how George cannot continue on with his life and Clay rushes to George and helps him?"

Thank you for the request!

I still haven't taken the test yet, so I am just gonna write.

Disclaimer attempted suicide and mentions of self-harm and hanging oneself.

Just in case anyone needs it!

It's not worth it, trust me.

It may seem like it at the time or in the moment, but don't do it.

Think about all the things you haven't done.

Like burning down the white house!

(Please don't come after me, government I'm sorry).

Think about all the cool people you haven't met.

And think about the lover(s) you haven't met.

And that make-out session you probably haven't had.

Don't do it and if you want someone to talk to just dm me and we can talk on there or discord!

I am here if you need it.

Let's get into the story.

Enjoy!

Hi, welcome this is a safe place for you to be yourself and love who you are.

So I hope you have slept well, eaten enough today, staying hydrated, and getting enough time outside.

This is now your happy place.

If someone ever reads this, tell me how your day was.

Well and another daily reminder that you are a beautiful smart little muffin and I hope you have a wonderful day/night or evening, whatever you prefer. And feel free to request if you want.

But I only do fluff, because my heart can't take pain right now. /)

Third-person

Life had been rough on George.

He was depressed.

The hate had gotten to his head and all the mean names he had been called just made him feel sad and worthless.

That wasn't the best feeling no matter who it was.

He couldn't visit his best friend, despite them living a mile away from each other now.

Since George had moved to the united states a while back when the lockdown was lifted for everyone.

But now there was another wave of covid and this one was so bad, that you couldn't leave your house or even go in your backyard.

So that made George sad.

He moved to the united states to be closer to Dream, but he had to quartine for two weeks or ten days and in that time the other wave of covid hit.

So he didn't get the chance to meet Dream in person.

So George's whole world was collapsing and it wasn't pleasant at all.

He didn't tell anyone how he was feeling because he didn't want to worry them.

He cut his wrist until they were bleeding so much he felt lightheaded.

He did it countless times and it just made him numb for a few seconds and then it went back to pain.

George sighed.

He picked up his phone.

The pain was getting too much and he planned to end it all.

He got a rope.

He sighed once more.

He used face id and unlocked his phone.

He clicked on messages and then clicked on the contact Dream.

George then turned off his phone and put it down.

It was his time to go.

Dream read the messages.

He quickly stood up and he grabbed his keys.

He didn't care that it was three in the morning, George was going to take his own life soon, so of course, he was going to his house.

Dream

George?

Delivered at 3:15 am

You still there?

Delivered at 3:16 am

Dream gulped.

That wasn't a good sign.

Dream started his car and looked back and pulled out of his driveway.

He quickly speeded down the road, the only thing on his mind was his best friend and he wanted him safe.

Now we go to George.

He had written a letter, for the person who would find his lifeless body hanging from his bedroom ceiling.

That wasn't going to be the best sight to see, but, not sure what to say, it just wasn't a good sight to see.

The letter read:

Hi!

Uh, I'm George.

I live alone and I've been pretty depressed recently.

I really miss my family and my friends.

I moved here to visit my best friend every day or even live with him.

But another wave of covid ruined that for me.

The hate has gotten to my head.

And that's about it.

Well, I hope you liked the letter!

I will be hanging from my bedroom ceiling in a bit, so love you!

Dream read the letter.

He had never been to George's house, so he didn't know where his bedroom was.

He assumed it was on the second floor.

He raced up the stairs.

Faster than his feet could take him.

He just started to open doors.

Left and right.

None of them were George's bedroom.

"Fuck," Dream whispered to himself.

The last door was a light blue color and he fumbled with the handle.

(I need to take out my braids, so I will multi-task).

Like any normal person would do in this situation Dream slammed his body into the door and busted it open.

George stood there on his chair and a rope was on his neck.

Dream ran over to him and quickly took him down.

He hadn't stepped off his chair.

He was still alive.

"Don't do that ever again," Dream said and he clung to George as his life depended on it.

Dream's heart was beating so fast and he was panting.

"I love you too much," Dream said.

George gave him a small smile.

"I wont, I promise."

That was nice, not really.
