Hiring Staff

If you would like to join the Circle of Writers team as a member of the staff, you have come to the right place! We need staff to help run the group efficiently and smoothly. 


Here are the positions we are currently looking to fill: 


Administrators [2 spots open] 


Critics[1 spot open]


Editors[2 spots open]


Reviewers[1 spot open]


Graphic Designers [3 spots open]


Advertisement [1 spot open] 


Tipper [5 spots and 1 Head spot open]


Tasks:


Head: Being 'head' means that you will be providing the service as well, however, you will be controlling the department to make sure everything is running smoothly. If one of the staff is disobeying the rules or is receiving a lot of complaints, you are allowed to remove them from your department and thus from the Circle of Writers staff, after having consulted a founder or the head admin.


Admins: You will make sure the account is running efficiently. If a founder is not available, questions and problems will be directed to you. 


Critics: You will be critiquing the clients' work and providing them with thorough and helpful feedback on how they can fix their mistakes and improve their writing. The criticism you provide will be constructive and not rude or offensive. 


Editors: You will edit the clients' work by eliminating any errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. 


Reviewers: You will review the clients' work. This differs from critiquing as it is more of a general opinion as opposed to an elaborate criticism. 


Graphic Designers: You will create designs such as covers, banners or icons at the clients' request. You will need to know your way around certain basic designing tools. 


Advertisement: Your job is not too hard. All you need to do is advertise this group as much as you can and make sure Wattpad users join and benefit from our services. 


Tipper: You have to PM the head tipper with an idea for our book 'Tips and Tricks', at least once a week.
