It has been one week since I was hospitalized, they are running a final round of tests to make sure I am fully recovered. I know I am as I did a self-check. It was around 1pm when the doctor cleared me for discharge. My parents handled the discharge procedures even though I told them I can do it myself.

The whole ride home, I was messaging Ben about dinner plans for the night. I was sure that my family forgot about it and I was not going to remind them about it. When we reached home, I carried my duffel bag to my room and unpacked my stuff. I pulled out my books and add them to my book collection on the shelf. Then I threw all my clothes into the laundry basket, making a mental note to do the laundry later.

I sat down to complete the last part of my assignment. It was around 3 pm when I completed the assignment. I went to do my laundry which took an hour to finish. I ironed and folded my clothes and arranged them in my closet. Then I got prepared for the dinner celebration. I took a pink causal dress which Ben brought for me as a birthday present. I completed the look with a clutch and white heel. I remembered to take a winter coat; I always fall sick around this timing. I wore my gloves and hat.

I heard a car horn outside my house. I went down the stairs to see that my whole family dressed up for dinner. I was shocked but I did not let it show on my face.

"Hey, guys ready for the dinner?" Ben called out while leaning against the car door while Sop peeped out of the window.

"Yeah, we are" Dad replied.

"Princess you will ride with us. We will meet you at the restaurant I have sent the address to you," Ben informed my dad while I board the car. I took a seat behind the driver seat; Sop was seating between me and her mum.

"I am happy that you are alright. I was so shocked when Ben told me that my baby was in the hospital," Aunt May, Sop's mum, spoke to me in a broken voice,

"I am fine now mama, they were small injuries, I am a strong girl, and you know that" I smile and comfort her.

"Ma, sometimes I feel like I am stranger while the girls are your only children" Ben teased his mother,

"Yes, they are my only children, I picked you up the streets" his mum teased him back. The ride to the place was filled with teasing and laughter.

When I noticed that Ben made a reservation at my favourite place I was jumping in joy. He smiled at my happiness. We were brought to our table; we were given the menu before the waitress left us to look through the menu. I did not look at it as I already know what I am going to order. The only ones looking at the menu was my family.

"Hey Ben, my princesses, Aunty and Uncle, it has been a while since I saw you all here. What is the occasion and who are the new faces" Jordan asked while he got ready to take our orders.

"Hey, they are my parents and brothers" I simply introduced them ignoring the shock that flickered through the faces.

"We are here for two reasons, one is to celebrate the discharge of E, and the second is to celebrate their internships which they will be starting next. Jordan you can take their order first," Ben informed Jordan and pointed towards my family. While taking their orders, the hostess walked toward us while guiding someone to our table. It was Anna,

"Hey, sorry I am late. I hope I did not keep you guys waiting" she apologized.

"Oh, Princess An is here too," Jordan chuckled when he saw Anna,

"What would you guys like to have," he asked us,

"I will have the usual," I informed him, and he nodded. The rest asked for their usual as well. We are too often, and we order the same every time.

"Since it is a celebration party for my sisters, I will throw in a free dessert for you guys" Jordan winked before leaving the room.

"Anna how's your essay coming along," Sop asked her,

"I am almost done, I should be done by tonight, what about you guys?" she asked us,

"I am done with mine, but I will be editing it either tonight or tomorrow morning. Should we meet up as usual?" I asked them. They nodded and we looked at Ben for approval.

"I do not know why you guys are still asking for my permission. You all have been doing this for every assignment," Ben shake his in amusement.

"Firstly, you are our brother, secondly we feel safe with you and we prefer that you know where we are" Sop spoke on our behalf as we nodded our heads to her statement.

"Alright, I will pick you two up at after lunch and we will go to the same café," he informed us of our plan for tomorrow. We smiled at him and he returned it.

"Something special for my three princesses" Jordan called out while serving our meals. I noticed that mine, Sop's, and Anna's plate had wording out of saying 'congrats' we were surprised.

"Thank you Jor" we thanked him in unison. He just ruffled our hairs, and he giggles when we voiced out our protest.

"How well do you know that guy?" Callen asked while we were digging into our meal.

"He was our waiter the first time we came here, we liked his service, and he liked our band. Since then he always serves us when we are here," Ben answered my brother while hiding one truth.

"Girls remember the day we met him. How he was so nervous he spilled our drinks on himself," Ben refreshed our memories making us laugh.

"What's the joke, I want to know to," Jordan walked in with our dessert.

"He was just refreshing our memory of the first time we met you Jor," Sophia stuttered out while laughing.

"Oh god, not that day. What can I say? I was charmed by my princesses and thanks to the two princesses, I got to meet another princess" Jordan winked at us and we chuckled. He was like our brother and we girls know that he has a crush on Ben. We know Ben likes him too, but he is too scared to admit openly.

"Right, it was because of us that you dropped the drinks" Sop teased Jordan who turned red.

"Alright enough, stop teasing the poor boy who is having a hard time standing. Take a seat beside Ben, dear, he will help you calm down" Aunt May smiled at Jordan innocently while teasing him as well.

"Aunty May!" Jordan whined when he realized the underneath meaning of her words. We all chuckled at him blushing.

"What's going on over here?" Danny whispered into my ears.

"Jordan has been crushing on Ben for a few years. Ben is scared of Jordan's rejection as well. Ben does not know that we know, we are always teasing them together hoping that one day they will accept their feeling for each other" I whispered back to my brother who just nodded his in understanding.

We were just finishing our meals when mine and the girls' phone rang together, everyone looked at us while we answered our phone.

"Hello? Oh god, of course, I will be there, give me five minutes and I will be there" we girls spoke to our respective caller.

"What's wrong?" Ben asked us worriedly while we were smiling ear to ear.

"The hospital called us" Anna replied

"Why, is something wrong?" Aunt May asked us worriedly we shook our heads,

"No Ma, they are having a special case coming in tonight, and the head of our respective department wants us to come in and look at it as it will help with our casework" Sophia replied.

"I will drop you, girls, at the hospital then," Jordan spoke up and Ben nodded his head.

"Ben I will need to take my spare shoes from your car," I pointed to my heel, he chuckled. We walked out leaving my family and Sophia's parent behind. I changed my heels quickly, Jor dropped us at the ER side.

"Call me when you are done, I should be doing paperwork," he told us and drove back. While we entered the ER and greeted us in charge.

"Hi, I am Dr Joe, I am the Head of Neuro" a tall guy spoke,

"Hello ladies, Dr Henry head of Cardiology" a tanned man spoke.

"I told them about you three and they were excited to meet you guys. Since we are having a case that involves all three departments, I thought this will be a nice time to meet," Dr James spoke. We introduced ourselves to the doctors.

"The patient is 30 years old; he is an ex-military officer. He was shot near the heart while he was touring. The bullet has yet to be removed. On his last tour, he was near a bomb blast. They had to stabilize him before they could transfer him here. This is a fully confidential case. We are letting you in it as you are guys are smart students. Now we will be having a briefing to discuss the course of surgical and treatment," James informed us and me nodded.

"It is going to be a long night, you should inform you family about it," Joe reminded us. We took our phones. Sophia and Anna called their mum to informed them while I just sent a text to my mum. I did not wait for her reply and started to read through the charts and patient's history.

"Dr James, it stated here that he is born into a family of genetic heart disease will that lead to a tricky surgery?" I voiced out my doubt.

"You are right Elsa; it will be a tricky one. We have to make sure when removing the bullet not to hit or touch the heart," he informed looking impressed that I noticed the details. They discussed the course of treatments and the method of surgery. While the guys and I were taking notes. While inputting here and there, clarifying our doubts. They did not get annoyed by our doubts, they calmly answered our questions. They listened to our theories earnestly. Now I know why they were the top hospital in the world.

"You girls will be great doctors in the future, I will be waiting for that day," James compliment us.

"Thank you, Dr James. We are grateful to be under your guidance," I replied.

"We would like to invite you are your guardian to watch the surgery while happens," James passed the invitation to us and we nodded excitedly.

"Alright, we will update you guys the date and time. Now you girls get home and have a great rest," James led us to the entrance where Jordan was waiting for us.

"Hey, girls ready to go home?" Jordan asked us and we nodded. Our head still buzzing from the new things we learnt from the meeting.

"God, it is 6 am. I need to complete the essay soon. I will see you guys later for lunch," Anna waved as she walked into her room. Jordan then dropped me before he drops Sophia.

"Bye Jor, send my love to Ben" I teased him before walking into the house.

"Woah, where did you go? Wait are you just coming home?" Callen spoke when I bumped into him in the kitchen while I was grabbing a toast for breakfast.

"Yeah, the meeting took a while. It ended a while ago," I replied softly.

"Do you want me to make you something for breakfast?" he asked me while I looked at him in shock.

"Erm, I have no time to sit and eat breakfast. I have to finish editing the essay before I meet the girls for lunch" I informed him before I went to my room to edit my essay.

It was soon 12 pm. I got ready for lunch. I wore a white sweater with black pants and white plumps.
