Chapter Three

"Well...we should be going, Olivia," Audrey said. I frowned. I didn't want to leave.

"Oh, so soon?" Niall asked, sounding dissapointed. I tried not to smile, feeling pleased that he didn't want me to go.

"Yes, Olivia and I have school," Audrey sighed.

"On a Saturday?" Niall questioned, and I answered this time.

"Our tutor was gone yesterday, so we're making up today," I said, not even caring about him questioning about having a tutor. For some reason, I kind of hoped he would. Then we would get to stay longer.

"Tutor?" He said, and I smiled. It worked.

"Yeah, his name is Samuel. He goes to the local high school."

"His name?" Niall asked, and I could hear the jealousy in his voice. I'm positive Audrey couldn't, though, because she tapped her foot impatiently.

"I don't know about you, Olivia, but I'm kinda hungry, and don't want to be late for our lessons."

I rolled my eyes. "Fine. It was really nice meeting you Niall." I stuck out my hand, and he grabbed it, but pulled me into a hug instead of shaking it. I grinned like an idiot, and my stomach filled with butterflies.

"It was nice meeting you too, Olivia. And you, Audrey. I really want to see you again...do you have a cell phone?" he asked nervously. I was suddenly filled with sadness as I thought back to the last day I had my phone.

-Flashback-

"I can't even see the frickin' screen!" I yelled, trying to text my friend Maria back. (We lost all contact long ago. Some friend, right?)

"It's alright, Olivia, just give me the phone and I'll text her," Audrey said, tapping me on the shoulder. I shook her hand off, and groaned. I threw my phone onto my bed, or at least I thought I did. It landed on the ground, breaking. That was the end of me owning a phone.

"I do," Audrey said. "You can just call it and I'll give it to Olivia."

I smiled greatfully, and I hoped she saw.

"That sounds wonderful, thank you Audrey," Niall said, and they exchanged numbers.

"Alright, Olivia," Audrey said, linking arms. I had a sudden longing that it was Niall's arm linked with mine. "Let's go."

AUTHOR'S NOTE

Okay I'm so sorry this chapter was really bad and shortish. I needed a kind of filler chapter just so I could get them to have each other's numbers and stuff. Please keep in mind this is my first story so it's really not that good!
