It is 16 months after Folashadé and the twins' abrupt leave from England. Vincent is still stuck on his feelings for the former maid, but, Folashadé doesn't want anything to do with him, no matter how much she still loves him. Darrell Grant is determined to get Folashadé to return his feelings for her, and is gradually succeeding in doing so.
