Chapter 10. A confession.

Everyone returns to the base as both Benjamin and Akame report about their encounter with Zanku and how he uses Spectator to read their minds and movements. They were even more surprise that when Akame told them that Ben manages to hold him off even without transforming when it came to the right moment till Akame was held in a strance of sort by Zanku's Teigu.

Najenda soon instructed that she'll be taking turns in training both Benjamin and Tatsumi although the other green eye boy already has more experience than Ben and so Ben will be trained personally by Akame much to her please.

(The Next Night; Just Outside Night Raid's Hidden Base)

Ben was seen training every form of Martial art he learned from his universe trying to master them by mixing them up. Unbeknownst to him he was being watched by a certain Red Eye Assassin.

A few minutes later he was covered in sweat as he fell on his butt panting heavily catching his breath normally this will be nothing for him but considering that he switched to his normal clothes to weighing heavy clothings as his training shirt and shoes to make his gravity heavier since he doesn't have like what his cousin Victor has for training a Gravity chamber and thanks to Bella briefs she gave him a couple of Capsules for emergencies.

"What are you still doing out here?" Akame asked, as she walked up to Ben who was sweating. "It's late, and you should really be in bed."

"Hey Akame..." Ben said, standing back onto his feet taking a towel to wipe the sweat off his forehead.  "When we fought Zanku… I realized that I needed more than just my powers. I need to remind myself not to hold back because this world relies on survival of the fittest and when you were under his troll I thought I was gonna regret myself from not saving you, and after you told me about your sister once you're out of it. I realized that we are not so different." This brought a blush on her face a little.

"H..ow come?" She asked.

"Well, you may think that I had a good childhood before you found me in that forest but you're wrong you see I have to do something regretful towards my Best Friend." Now this stunned her as he explained to him on how he met Kevin and how he was using his powers to hurt people and when he absorb some power from the first prototype of the Ultimatrix his so-called friend tried to kill him, his friends and family but five years later his former friend seen through his sins and tries to honor their trust by helping them out on a mission and so they grow closer together despite the complications regarding him and Cousin almost breaking their friendship once more but then reconcile and accepted it and now they are stronger as brothers.

"Wow, so I'm guessing we are not much different than I realized then huh?" Akame said as she realized and Ben nodded as he grabbed her hand.

"Now then about your Kurome, she's your sister, right?"

"I'll tell you about her when the time comes." Akame said with a sad look in her eyes. "But for now...everyone in Night Raid is precious to me...especially you..." A slight blush spread across both Hero and  assassin's faces. "Now come with me, I have something I want to tell you...in private."

And that moment Ben felt the Charm effect kicking in along with Akame when he saw her Red eyes flashing pink for the moment.

"Uh, sure thing Akame." Ben said, following Akame back into Night Raid's base. He was surprised to see that Akame's blush only seemed to get worse as they walked through the base and as they got in Akame waited for a few minutes for Ben to clean up and then once he was done they finally arrived at their destination. 'My room? What's Akame up to? Don't tell me?' Quickly entering the room, Akame and Ben sat on the bed. Akame silently found Ben's hand, and gently gripped it. "So what did you want to talk about? You seem pretty nervous, so it must be important."

"Benjamin..." Akame began, as she avoided his gaze at first. "When we fought Zanku the other day, and I saw you injured like that, I realized something."

"What is it, Akame?" Ben  asked, giving Akame's hand a comforting squeeze.

"Our job is full of dangers, and either one of us could die at any moment. I don't want either of us to die before I have a chance to tell about this growing feeling I've ever seen when we first fought against one another. I tried to ignore it but then I realized that I can't hold it anymore when I watched you almost die against Zanku. What I mean is that, I think I'm falling for you." Akame's confession stunned Ben to the core.

'This got to be the side effects of the charm. There's no way she could've fallen in love with me that easily. We barely know each other!' Ben thought. "Akame look I'm flattered and all but, we barely know each other, more importantly trust each other."

"You're right about that one, at first I don't trust you but during that fight we had with Zanku, you risked your life to save mine and that confirmed my growing feelings cloud my judgment of you, you're not a killer. I mean with your powers you could have but when we encounter you countless times; you not only spare our lives, but you even entrusted us with your safety when you join us. My first thought of you was a spy for the empire but that changed last night. I come to trust you as one of our own and the man I come to love and now I wanted to show you just much I loved you." Akame said, as she raised her head and locked eyes with Ben. "I want you to be one with me, Ben."

"A-Akame, are you asking what I think you're asking?" Ben said hesitantly, his face starting to burn red.

"Yes." Akame replied, as she nodded her head. "Any day now could be our last in this line of work. So, I want you to make love to me, Benjamin."

"Are you sure Akame? Don't you think this is a little sudden and we barely know each other?" Ben asked, sheepishly rubbing his arm. "I mean you just admitted that you love me tonight don't you find this too soon?"

"I know it's a bit soon Ben, but I really do love you." Akame said, as she cupped Ben's cheek. "My friends and I were assassins, Ben. Which means we can be captured or killed at any moment. I want a chance to love you, before anything has a chance to happen to either of us, not only that my body can't hold it anymore."

'I blame the Charm effect on this one.' Ben thought.

"*Sigh* You're absolutely sure about this, Akame?" Ben asked, earning a nod from the red-eyed assassin. "Then before we do this, there's something I need to tell you." Akame simply nodded her head, and let him continue. "What do you know about the Multiverse?" He asked and she thought for the moment.

"The Multiverse, I have very little knowledge of the topic but if I remember the theory; it's a term for an infinite realm of being or potential being of which the universe is regarded as a part or instance." Ben nodded.

"Yes and no, think of this time in this Universe as a tree and each branches are infinite timelines where that tree grows into from it's main starting point the trunk for example; In this point of time you didn't meet me like how you met me today but instead you guys only met Tatsumi and that took a different point of time in this Universe from the Past, Present and Future which is the main tree's very structure the trunk, but that doesn't goes far off from the growing branches." Ben explained.

"What about them?" Despite feeling Horny she wanted to know what Ben wanted to tell her.

"Think of these branches as an infinite alternate timelines; they act as the same trunk of your universe but very differently. Imagine one of these trunk's branches where you met Tatsumi but the difference is that I was with him. ( Foreshadowing ) and then made us both members." This intrigued Akame.

"Come to think of it, it's another possibility though we could've met you earlier at this point of time." Ben nodded at this.

"Exactly, now as I was saying; now that you understand that each branches are infinite timelines that reside on one universe however that doesn't explain the leaves of the main tree, while the trunk acts as a bridge for one universe and the branches as alternate Timelines; the leaves actually acts as infinite Universes." Now Akame came to understand what he was trying to tell her.

"Wait, are you saying that you're--mhmm!" Ben covered her mouth from waking everyone up and nodded.

"Yes Akame, I'm not from this world, and the Ultimatrix is not a Teigu like yours. It's actually a very powerful device much more advanced than any imperial arm, it's hard to explain but when we get more free time I'll explain everything." Ben reassured her as he pull his hand away.

"Wow, so the Multiverse exists?" Akame asked and Ben nodded.

"Omniverse is actually the correct term." Ben corrected.

"That's a lot to take in, but nonetheless I'm glad you told me however something tells me you don't want the others finding out till the time is right huh?" Akame asked and Ben nodded again.

"Yes, we barely know each other that well and they might think of me as crazy." Ben admitted rubbing the back of his head. "I'm quite surprised that you didn't run away though." However Akame just shrugged at that.

"Well, I would under normal circumstances but I love you Ben. You wouldn't go around this too much trouble just to lie plus that Paradox guy you talk to the other day kinda explains things." Akame told him and he sighed in relief but then shock as she smiled at him and what she told him.

"Wait, so you don't care, that…" Akame shook her head and took his hands.

"Ben." Akame said quietly, which got the young man's attention. Ben's eyes shot open when Akame leaned forward and kissed him. Moments later, Akame was on top of him, straddling his stomach as they continued their liplock. When the two assassins broke their kiss, Akame's eyes were slightly glazed over. "I don't care if you're from another world or from the stars even, We'll work things out when the time comes. But for now, I need you Ben."

Many times great granddaughter of Son Gohan the son of Goku Sr. However due to lots of alterations of Ben's DNA he couldn't access his Saiyan powers only KI manipulation and so he needed The Omnitrix/Ultimatrix for him to reform his Saiyan DNA to turn Super Saiyan.
