His troops patrol the city as police and taking care of crime, while he sits in his headquarters dealing with paperwork running the city with his brothers.

Eloni: He's stern and like all of his brothers devoted to Commander Neon J. Eloni is manipulative and will trick you to do anything he wants of course for Neon J. Usually he's with Zimelu or Haym taking care of his duties and making the rules around the place.

Haym: He is snarky, and just a bit psychotic. He's in charge of giving punishments to those who defy the rules after being dealt with his brothers. He smiles a lot but more in a sinister way. But he knows everyone's secrets he has eyes and ears all over the place. He and his troops especially spies on the more dangerous people to keep them in check.
