However, a week before the party is set to take place, they are approached by someone who calls themselves Dr. Raven. He explains to them the legend of the "Hound from Hell" and how it is tormenting the citizens of Everborne. The Paw Patrol will tempt their fate as they take on this supposed Hound.

A lazy, slacker, clumsy, overweight Panda, named Po, spends his time working at his goose father's noodle restaurant in the Valley of Peace along with his cocky, quick-witted, thrill-seeker, and sometimes sarcastic best friend and brother, Sonic the Hedgehog.
