The government had introduced the IBC law with a positive intent to bring an end to indecisiveness in the banking channel and to try to work out resolution in companies so as to protect various interest of stakeholders involved.Although the intentions of government are crisp and clear, but it has been noticed that banks are preferring to force the companies into liquidation rather than taking a commercial decision of resolution even if the NAV (Net Asset Value) of the resolution plan is much higher than the liquidation value. Banks feel they would be questioned on haircuts in resolution plan while no questions would be asked to them in liquidation irrespective of how meagre the value that liquidation might fetch.

In a utopian world, you'd expect everything to be perfect...right?Of course it fucking isn't, idiot.The only reason it looks that way is because they lock up anyone who even tries to break the "perfect", "pristine" atmosphere. So, if they catch you doing anything that happen to even slightly poke at the governments many laws, you get locked up. How about the right to a fair trial eh? Haha- no. Nobody has time for that. Instead, you're plopped right into the mist of a building. 100 stories, one room for each level. Each is a puzzle that's "supposed to show whether your heart is pure or not." I call bullshit; it's just a bunch of dangerous situations disguised to the public as some sort of magical truth-finder. But then you ask- just follow the rules right? It seems simple. But then you hit teenager years, and all you want to do is lash out against society...Sadly, that's what I did, and so far I don't know if I'll make it to tell you what it's like.In each room.In each level.
