The Inner Mechanisms of My Mind Are an Enigma

My senior year of high school was cut short by the pandemic. It was really hard on me, but I've managed to come out the other side with surprisingly better mental health than I had before. Writing has always been one of my main coping mechanisms when life gets tough, so being isolated really drove me to put the "Creative" in "Creative Writing." Hence I present, "The Inner Mechanisms of My Mind Are an Enigma" (yes, that is a SpongeBob reference :) ). I'll probably change the title at least three or four times because the short stories and poems in this collection are all over the place, but that's kind of the point. I was going through a lot of different emotions when I wrote these, but I think I'm in a good enough place now to put them on Wattpad. After all, I'm not the only who had what was supposed to be the best times of my youth taken away. If you're reading this, chances are you went through the same thing. Maybe you're still going through it, so that's why I'm sharing my most personal writings with you. Because I hope they'll help you as much as they helped me.
