His 15 year old sisters, June and November, twins who were born before the population regulations were enforced, look up to Axel like a father figure since their biological father, Col. James Alexander, died during the terrorist Nuclear attacks in 2039 that left Los Angeles and much of southern California in ruin. June has been missing for over a year and November has been at home caring for their mother. Axel spends his days guarding the Elites, the ruling class, and his nights trying to avoid getting sucked into the unending war that killed his father.
