OKONTA a furious village hunter, fearful, wicked and very hostile, hijack the life of his rival. Being one of the protagonists of the play brought out the unclean lifestyle of some individuals in the society.The injustices of men tells us how evil has embedded in the heart of men, wickedness has become the order of the day.Taking an in-depth look into this play, it remanded us on some of the inevitable behaviors of man to his fellow man, just because he has an upper hand in the affairs of the society.The first ACT/SCENE took us on how the rift between the two protagonists started i.e mazi Okonta and mazi Nnana, going forward it was seen that the igwe try to settle the disputes partially but this act of settlement was just a caricature.Going deeply into the play we saw how Nnana was murdered in cold blood and mazi Okonta the murderer was spy by Ibe, yet the truth was trampled upon. This among other things happens in the world today. Now and then, we see how those at the top will hijack what has being made for the masses, yet the government that are suppose to fight for the poor masses will keep quiet.Towards the end part of this play we say how the gods revolted against the whole community just like how God destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, and all those that were involved in one way or the other meet their end at the end of the road. This is what happens when you destroy the life of others and think you can go scot free.

They drew nearer amidst the villagers' lamentation as they scattered in pandemonium. The beast must know! Why else would he take this method? And thence, no kindness would he spare, for anyone.
