One day I started thinking about the utter unfairness of people when it comes to mental health. We all know how simple it is to take a day off, or have a lazy day or two when you are physically sick. Whether it's the flu or something more severe, you are always showered with attention, flowers, & LOVE when you are physically unwell.Now what happens when you are too depressed to function? Too anxious to get out of bed, get dressed, and go to work? You put on a big fake smile and live out the day hating yourself, which eventually makes you feel so much worse.I started putting these thoughts into writing and the first piece came out.Later on I will be talking about my personal experience with mental illness and about my journey, so far.

The term remote work was coined in the '90s but we get familiar with it during the pandemic condition. Before the pandemic, employers were seriously opposed to the idea of remote work. Managers assumed that people would give in to the distractions at home, which can affect their productivity. The truth is that remote work isn't just an idea. It is a reality. More and more companies are using it as their primary method of employment, with no plans to go back. Businesses are changing their organizational structure to meet this new trend: teams become greater, defined roles become less important, and the hierarchy starts to disappear. Other companies are attempting to copy the success of remote work, but they aren't doing it right. Here's why you should give remote work some time before increase. Was Remote Work Effective During the Height of the Pandemic? When work-from-home was imposed during the first wave of coronavirus, most employers were concerned about the productivity of their employees. They were worried about the productivity of their staff members, especially since they would not be under the constant supervision of managers. During the start of lockdown in March 2020, the community platform surveyed remote workers. The research discovered that work-from-home employees were more productive than their office-based counterparts. Remote work is becoming a mainstay for many companies as more and more people are choosing to work from home or other locations on the rise. Controlling where you decide to work from home can have many perks, but there is also a darker side to remote working that employers know so they started to equip themselves with tools and techniques which help them to maintain the productivity same as office time.

I'm now officially bored so as a plan for curing my boredom, I'll try to post my (cringey) art to publicity. It may be composed of some retrieved old art or new ones, simple and cartoony features to downright anime or just my doodles. May also have digital art, depending on my mood. This book will officially conclude on the start of schoolyear 2020-21 or at the very end of the extending quarantine period of COVID-19. Don't say I didn't warn you for the very bad and complicated art, I'm just making my time manageable.

But this world where (Y/N) goes...it isn't like his own world and it is something else that (Y/N) never knew about there was alien exist...Alien Robot in disguised as vehicles and (Y/N) will learn the whole things about this new world.
