I didn't realize that I had backed up in front of a hole in the log until the wolfs jaws went into the log behind me and grabbed the back of my neck. I kicked and tried to run away, only to have the wolf tighten it's hold a little, growling as it pulled me out of the dead tree. My heart pounded hard as I tried to kick at the wolf, trying to get it to let me go, looking at the ground to see that it had slipped into its humanoid form. A paw like hand grabbed the scruff of my neck, the teeth leaving my skin as the wolf held me out to inspect me. I saw that the wolf was a girl, her tail swaying a little as she studied me with creepy, blood red eyes. Luke is a rabbit shiftier, able to turn from a humanoid rabbit, human and a rabbit. Because he's a prey, he lived in hiding from the predator shifters, who enslave or kill the prey shifters. So what happens when he gets caught by not only a predator shiftier, but a wolf, his natural enemy?(I don't own the picture)
