My name is Ash (Or at least that's what it is now), I was only 15 when this started. My parents needed money so they brought me to an orphanage to look for jobs. And that was the last time I saw my parents. There I was sold literally for an experiment, 592, and what would happen next was out of my imagination. They took me to a lab... in a cage. They said that I'd have to get used to it for a while. After a few days, I was brought out of the cage. They let me run around a bit to stretch my legs and after that, I was led to a room and strapped to a cold hard table. The scientist came over to me with a needle with a green serum in it and injected it into me. Then my world went black.This awesome cover was made by mysterygirl7913! " Let's just kill him."As Ratman raised his gun to fire, Kar pointed at the man's head and "BANG!" Ratman crumpled to the ground dead, quickly followed by his comrades as Kar pointed and articulated gunfire. Kar sighed in relief, and raised a hand above his head in acknowledgment. The sound of rifle rounds accompanied the gesture. A quarter mile away, hidden in the trees, a sniper saw the gesture and also sighed in relief. She had almost missed him in all the chaos below, had it not been for the recent explosion and her concern for any comrades who might have been caught in the crossfire, Marksman never would have noticed the Commander's peril. As it was she had barely registered the predicament before having to take action, picking the enemy off as Kar indicated.********************************************************************************I reserve all rights to the characters and story.
