The Enchanted Stone
A young boy named Jack lives in a small village where no one lives a happy life. There is constant violence and Jack's mom is slowly dying of a deadly sickness. He and his family try their best to help his beloved mom survive but things seem grim as nearly everyone in his village make it seemingly impossible to maintain any bit of hope. Everyone in the village is poor and constantly angry and frustrated, including Jack's family. Jack has nearly lost all hope when one day when collecting fruits from the forest near his village, he encounters a strange creature. He then recalls some childhood folktales his mom used to tell him. Confident that the creature he saw was related to the folktale he heard many years ago as well as a magical stone that will help bring his village wealth, happiness, and love, he embarks on a journey to find the creature but must first seek some knowledge and assistance from the man he fears the most.

It's no wonder that people wouldn't be too happy if an alien were to appear on Earth one day. And you could probably imagine the inhabitants of another planet would likely be just as unhappy. Of course, the alien probably wouldn't be too thrilled either, and that's definitely not how Kaleb felt when he woke up outside one day somewhere that definitely isn't Earth, roamed by these animal-like creatures and no humans in sight. However, without an immediate way back home, and especially after he is discovered by these creatures, he is eventually left with no other option than to try and adapt to their society and live alongside them.
