Keiko has been to current school for all of her years and she is in the second year of her "high school" years. This wasn't your ordinary school, this school taught kids how to be the finest warriors with their special abilities. Both Keiko's parents went to this school both were one of the top warriors of their class. As their lives went on war was called for all warriors to come and fight in.
