The idea of Warrior Cats does not belong to me, credit to that goes to Erin Hunter, but the characters and plot are my own.Welcome to the four Clan; Thunderclan, Windclan, Shadowclan, and Riverclan. Seasons after Firestar, and even Bramblestar, the Clans live on. They are hardly different, except for the fact that a few things have changed, and those that have have changed drastically. One new thing is the New Hope Tournament. Each season, towards the end of Greenleaf, a tournament takes place. Four apprentices are chosen from each Clan, making a total of sixteen cats, and they are all set out to find new territory for their Clans. The territory around the Clan cats' home is dangerous and uncharted, though, and most if not all of the apprentices die of natural causes. And if they don't the young cats must fight. They kill each other for a good patch of territory, and oftentimes, a Clan won't even use it, for their territory may grow too large. Whichever group of apprentices comes out on top after half a moon, their Clan gets the territory, and they get the glory. Each season, the Clans grow larger with plentiful prey, and the New Hope Tournament is somewhat of a solution, a means to keep the cats from overpopulating themselves into certain death.
