I remember the pain like no other. The beatenings took place daily if I did something wrong. I was the freak in the family. My mother and siblings eyes showed hatred towards me. My father was the one who hated me the most all because I could do things they couldn't. When I was ten I saw sold to a lab for testing. I didn't know the definiton of pain until I was being tested on. I would scream for hours on end and no one would come to my rescue. That was before I lost all control of my abilities one day killing every scientist that tested on me. I helped other lab rats escape and after that I was on my own. Hello! I'm not really good with descriptions so I'll just give you the basics... Lila succeeded in taking away all those Marinette held close to her. Her parents disowned her, her best friend stabbed her in the back and the entire class, including the teacher, hate her guts. Except for four people: Chloe Bourgeois, Kagami Tsurugi, Luka Stone, and Adrien Agreste (Jagged took full custody of Luka and changed his name, he also adopted Adrien who is now Adrien Stone, and lastly Marinette who is now Marinette Stone). Okay, I put more detail in the prologue because I couldn't fit it all in her, sooo I hope you enjoy the read! Also, I just want to let you know that this is before Marinette tells Alya that she is Ladybug, and thus before a couple of her classmates became heroes. And I know that some of the things I have said may not be completely correct with regards to the timeline and what happened when but this is my story so I'm gonna change things up a little.
