As the time of them graduating from their lives as high schoolers approaches, Joseph Aleister, Kaito Yamamoto, and Beth Farley continue to enjoy the adventures and joys brought by each day not just as students, but also as members of Japan's underground street racing scene.
However, when the recognition brought by the name Joseph's made for himself within the street racing scene brings with it the interest to open the path necessary to bring the Fukushima Runners back to the forefront of the competitive scene alongside the rest of Japan's elite street racers, what decisions will he and the rest of the team make in anticipation to transition into that next phase?
As one chapter comes to an end, another must start. Yet between such points a stage of transition shall always be found. As change approaches from the horizon, and each of these young men and women face the different paths to enlighten their futures, the question must be asked...
