A couple that can't have babies decide to adopt one and they find an orphanage with really good reviews, where all kids get adopted. They drive there and they talk with the caretaker. She's very kind and even the kids describe her as very kind and that she really gives them anything they want even sweets and she makes their favourite foods. On the way back the couple get into an accident and one of them dies. The other one wakes up at the orphanage under the care of the caretaker. They then realise that everything in the orphanage are not as they seem.
This is my first poem written here. It's sort of the anti-thesis of an apology and shows how in a bizarre twist, that an apology can be more damaging to a friendship rather than beneficial. I hope you guys enjoy it!
