Tahta kalp yanmaya başladı, odacıklar yandı, kalp yandıkça küle dönüşmedi. Kalp yandıkça canlandı, kalp canlandıkça kanlar akmaya başladı kukladan. Her nefret, her acı daha da yaktı kuklanın kalbini; bu kez küle dönüşmeye başladı kalp, her acı çekişi öldürmeye başladı kuklayı. Her acı, her nefret onu daha da güçlendirdi, kuklacının iplerine bağlı olsa da tüm kontrol kuklacının ellerinde olmamaya başladı.
