During the war Arthur O'dair decides to go with Capitol's side and fights along with Coriolanu's father. So during the war breaks O'dair and Snow family spend time together. One afternoon while they were taking a lunch break they noticed that the two children had a special chemistry. So since the Snow family had some economical problems they decided to engage the two children. In that way Snows protect the O'dair family and O'dair family helps with money the Snows. The families agreed that when Cleopatra will turn 18 the two kids will marry. After the war O'dair family returned to district 4. There they make more money because of fishing. To avoid the hunger games they move to the Capitol after five years since the hunger games started. Cleopatra's birthdays are getting closer. But there is a problem.
