She soon starts to drive herself crazy and to insanity and Izuku's appearance isn't helping, he just looks so much like HIM, white fluffy hair, barely noticeable freckles, and his eyes...his oh so sweet precious scarlet red eyes. Inko tried to ignore it but when early signs of his quirk start to form and show she's furious, Hisashi's quirk...fire-breathing. Inko goes out and buys green hair dye and two people, one who can take away quirks and one who can change the genetics in anyone even if it's the smallest amount.
