Declutter Challenge and games- Living Minimalism Lifestyle
When you first face minimalism, declutter challenge is something that you WILL come across.It's without a doubt, powerful tool to declutter your unnecessary belongings in short period of time. Usual Declutter Challenge is usually like this : Throughout your one month period, you let go of the amount of the things of day#. So, for your first day you will get rid of one thing. And your Day 2, 2 things, and Day 3, 3 things.. And so on. I do recommend this challenge when you first go through the minimalism. You would be amazed how many clutters you had in your life.But once you go through this phase, you hit the next phase, where most of the things you have now are either more sentimental to you, or could put some value to other people. That's where I started to do my own declutter game of, finding my stuff the new owner who will appreciate them.This is not easy process. I admit I am too lazy to take photos, talk to the potential buyers, and actually go somewhere to meet offline or post via mail. But I force myself to do this. I put most of my stuff as $20 HK (roughly $1.50 US) to cover my transportation if it's not luxury item which in that case I would put about 5% of the original price.
