She ended up activating her vampire side, and rules New Orleans. Ryan watched her as she ruled the city, he wanted to go and tell her he's alive, but he couldn't. She also keeps having weird dreams, ever since she defeated Malivore. Ryan got out of Malivore, and is hunting for his true love, but when he finds her, she doesn't remember him. What lengths does he take to get his wife back? What happens when Hope moves to New Orleans? Will he follow, or convince her dad, and mom that he is who he says he is? Will Klaus, and Caroline believe him, and get Hope to believe him too?
