End of a Beginning (a 'The 100' Fanfic)
It has been almost a hundred years since a nuclear apocalypse ended the world, the only remains of humanity that were left were living on a mega space station called the Ark. In this life, if you were 18 or over, most even the smallest crimes were punishable, by death. When a 17 year old or under committed a crime, they were sent to the Ark's jail, more commonly known as the Skybox. One day Dutchess, just another Skybox prisoner, was taken from her cell along with 99 other delinquents. She soon learned that she was one of the 100 juvenile delinquents that were going to be sent to the ground as an experiment to learn if Earth was once again survivable. Luckily for her and the other kids, it was. Reconnecting with old friends and making new ones, exploring this new world around her, and learning how to survive the dangers that emerged from it, weren't the only problems she had on her mind. Will Dutch be able to move on from her violent past, or will it keep circling her until she is engulfed by it? Will her friends stay loyal by her side, or will they walk away and abandon her? Will this new world be too much for her, or will she be able to team up with her piers and prove her worth against it?Will she be able to love again?Or will she forever be trapped in her nightmares...Will he accept her, after all she's done?This is a fanfiction of one of my favourite shows, The 100. It features Dutchess (my personal OC), Audelia (nicknamed 'Aden', she is my friends OC), Jason ('Jace', another friend's OC), Aurora ('Auri', yet again another friends OC), and of course, the canon characters of The 100. This is a fanfiction and all of the OCs--other than mine--belong to their respective owners. I do not own the rights to any of the canon 100 characters nor to the show itself, I am just a fan. 150 years into the future, technology and the human body work in synergy connecting people in ways never imagined. Humans are implanted with Neural Enhancement Devices (NED) at birth. Policing it is nearly impossible. NEDs provide humans with the augmented reality (AR) which allows for all types of information like Incoming messages, video feeds, maps, etc. which are presented in a person's vision. NEDs connect to the quantum NET which are made up of billions of quantum drone nodes and satellites which allows for the entire world to wirelessly connect in an instant. Roughly 50 years ago, Synthetics (Synths) were designed and created to assist humankind in any way feasible including space travel, crime, and case solving. Synths are biological artificial humans but are stronger, faster, and more efficient. Most importantly, they can be controlled. Memories are a massive commodity and essential to a Synth's psyche. An artificial brain cannot function without memories. Human memories donated are more stable and can provide a much longer life span for Synths compared to artificial memories. Massive corporations and their Oligarchs now rule the world. They enforce law and order with an iron hammer. 90 percent of the world's population live in mega cities. Nearly 900 million people live out their daily lives in Chicago. Policing is a service for the privileged. The poor and lower class are left to fend for themselves. Ramil, a Synth detective is brought online and is teamed up with Reika, a hardnosed, gritty, and experienced detective who came up from the gutter levels of the city. They soon find themselves embedded with the city's first serial killer in over 3 decades after an Oligarch's daughter is murdered in the bowels of the city. A killer is preying on sex workers by torturing them and collecting their memories as digital trophies. Ramil and Reika could have never prepared themselves for what they will discover.

Station Number 22
He was standing there, watching me curiously.There was something weird about him. His appearance was mysterious, there was something about him that screamed "dangerous", but I couldn't really decrypt what. I don't know how but I felt like I've already seen him before.His brown hair was messy in a quite attractive way. His blue eyes never leaved mine. He was about 20, but I'm not sure, he was standing pretty far from me, leaning against the wall, his hands in the pockets of his Jeans.He was wearing a black t-shirt, and he was about 6 foot tall.It felt so weird, I knew he was looking at me, but I did't really know why.Well, I don't look like a model, not at all actually. My brown hair was cascading down my shoulders, it wasn't that long, but it wasn't short, either."Hey, katty!" My om called me from behind. "Are you gonna stand there like a statue for a long time? Where gonna miss the train, and I don't want to wait twenty minutes to the next one. You know how much I'm tired." She asked. My Mom is very strict, and she never gets behind the schedule."Alright." I said, rolling my eyes. "Katerina, what did I tell you about rolling your eyes? It's-""Rude and disrespectful." I finished the sentence for her. It was like the hundredth time she was saying that. "Good, so let's go." She said and started pacing toward the train station.My Mom has a car, I mean, she had a car, till the accident. Good thing she had time to get out of the car, bacause it was completely destroyed. Some idiot didn't stop the car at the red light, and he's crashed into my mother's one. I bet he'd bribed the driving teacher to get his driver's license. I rolled my eyes at the thought.I turned around to look at my mother, who was waiting for me angrily.I turned back to face the weird guy, but to my surprise, he wasn't there anymore, it was like he hadn't been there at all.Whit the strange feeling in my gut, I started pacing toward the train that was already there, in station number 22.

Being Possessed Isn't What It Used To Be
Spending seven years in a solitary cell in a mental institution for the criminally insane does a lot to change a person. Whether the sentence has aided amelioration or made matters worse will soon be seen when Henrietta Vance, a condemned mass-murderer since the age of seventeen, is dragged into a series of unexplainable cases being tagged by fanatics as Demonic Possessions. Taken from her own personal purgatory and released under a strict set of conditions that come with her lending help and intimate expertise to the one organization she felt everything but a positive emotion for, Henrietta is practically forced to play supernatural sniffer-dog for a rag-tag bunch of misfits. A pair of aberrant clergymen, a young trainee waiting to take his vows, and a child-psychic-turned-promiscuous-con-woman, plus last-minute adoptions to the team in the form of a maudlin ambulance driver in the wrong place at the wrong time, and a skittish and frocked extemporely interloper, the mission to search for and eradicate the cause in influx of apparent possessions spreading across the country grows wild beyond comprehension. And that's before getting into the papal foot-note which casually mentions bringing all of Heaven's Holy Might down upon a cult claiming they are led by Jesus Christ's twin. Needless to say, when the group of seven end up travelling around the country in a battered Winnebago, fighting the potential end of the world is at the bottom of the list of gripes when it comes to dealing with ignorant law enforcement, impersonating high-ranking men of the cloth, obnoxious car-karaoke warblers, unprofessional agents of Hell, suspicious bumpkins, being stuck in small spaces with a bi-polar demon-bitch, and deciding who gets to use the bathroom first.Regardless of personal ideals and the obvious tension caused by the scars they live to hide, the group's pasts intrude on each other when they quickly find that they are more alike than they care to admit.
