DEKHA EK KHWAAB - A Forever Fantasy
The way I imagined the continuation............It is the continuation of Dekha Ek Khwaab, an indian television series which started on 21st November, 2011 and its last episode, episode no. 173, was aired on 2nd of August 2012. It was a beautiful piece of art and was based on the book princess diaries but not exactly the same. The show was loved mainly by teenagers. I was 12 when I watched the show. I liked it because every character in the show was written and portrayed in a unique manner, the direction was perfect and the actors were talented enough to depict their POVs. With time, I really wanted to see Manyata becoming a strong character throughout the show mainly after dealing with all those confusions and revelations which surrounded her life after she became the Yuvrani (crown princess). But unfortunately the show was rushed to ending and that character couldn't develop much. She was seen like a confused personality all the time.But, no worries, here I am writing my imagination, using the facts, the makers left unresolved in the ending, most importantly Akash, whose fate wasn't decided in the ending....The story will start from the scene when Uday saw Manyata with Akash in restaurant so, he left Manyata there in the restaurant as he was heartbroken and angry, i.e. the story will start exactly before Uday's accident. So, lets dive together into the oceans of imagination... 😁🌊💭💭Enjoy Reading..........

Someone told me about this serial - Dekha Ek Khwaab. I was already a fan of Priyal Gor then so I started watching this from the very beginning and couldn't help falling in love with the serial, with Priyal Gor, with Aashish kapoor, with manveer.But obviously, when the show ended out of nowhere, all of us were very disappointed. We all wanted Manveer to reconcile but it seemed that, all the events took place hastily to help make the show end beforehand.Manveer's chemistry was very limited and a lot of unnecessary drama consumed most of the time so, thought of recreating the show myself and relive the magic of Dekha Ek Khwaab.It has the essence of the original story but also is unique. Hope you will like it.

As a Dek and Manveer fan, I am writing another story. This story is not the same as the show, its another version. There are few differences:- Manyata was not kidnapped as a child- i am not sure yet if I want jai's character to be negative or not yet - Jai and Manyata has an older brother, Arjun. Vijay bhai is still there as their cousin.- Uday and his family shifts to London after his mom passed away.- All kids lose touch with each other after uday and his family move out.I also have another story that is more closely related to the show, its called "Journey of HIs Princess" . This just for fun for everyone, i am not a talented writer at all!!!

Dekha ek khawaab rewritten
so long ago i used to watch this show called dekha ek khawaab. it had so much potential and scope for character development but the writers didn't do justice to the story line as a lot of characters remained underused and the main couple never got the required focus.so i am rewriting the show from the middle from where i think it started to go south. the story begin after episode 75 where komal takes manyata to meet akash and asks her to run away with him but she refuses. the difference here is that she doesn't go to the office akash interviews in but instead in the chawl.there is no problem with the jon as akash has got a good job without anyone's influence and does not come to fight with moniya.I think after this episode in the show manyata and uday's relationship started to become toxic where manyata was utterly selfis and naive, only went to him when she needed something and always ended up hurting him. also she ended up repeating the same mistaked which made the show go in circles.in my fanfiction uday and manyata are still friends and they are bonding very well. manyata's princess training is still going on under vijay's supervision and she is starting to bond with each and every member of the family. brijraj is still angry at her because of all the akash fiasco and jay is still a bitch. there is a lot of room for character development for manyata's characters which was not shown to us in the show as it ended midway and she remained the same confused maiden she was in the beginning. but i want to show how she can grow into a efficient Yuvrani of devgarh and a successful businesswoman.i didn't want to just remove akash because i don't want manyata to choose uday just because she doesn't have aby other option. i want her to choose him over everyone else. in short i want uday to sweep manyata away from under akash's nose.(evil smirk)so let me know how do you like the plot and whether or not i should continue the story.

Manyata - Udayveer Fan Fiction. I thought the show ended abruptly so I wanted to expand on the storyline. Mostly in English, with very little Hindi (I can add translation). For those who dont know the show, below is a brief description from Wikipedia Moniya, 19 year old, discovers she is Rajkumari Manyata, the crown princess of Devgarh. Kidnapped at the age of 3, Manyata had been living with Murari Lal, a poor watchman who wanted revenge from Maharaj Brijraj, who killed Murari's wife and children in an accident. Moniya and Murari moved around a lot throughout India. After 16 years he bring her to Mumbai, where she meet Akash, a commoner, and they fall in love. Once her family discovers her, they bring her home, against Moniya wishes. The day they bring her home, was day of Jainandini and Uday engagement. Once M is brought home, she makes multiple attempts to runaway. Finally, she hears truth of her kidnapping from Murari, who is in jail. Despite the truth, she hates everyone. Uday slowly fallen in love with her but she loves Akash. She constantly lies to her family and Uday to meet her bf. Eventually after multiple fights, a frustrated Uday calls Akash to meet him where they fight and Akash falls over a cliff. Jainandini records the incident on her cell phone and starts blackmailing Uday. Thinking Akash has gone missing, she assumes her grandmother got Akash kidnapped so they cannot get married. Manyata decides to become the perfect princesss and once crowned can use her power to find Akash. The royal priest arranges three exams to see who between Manyata and Jainandini should be the heir. Jainandini creates many obstacles for Manyata even attempts to kill her but Manyata survives and is declared Yuvrani (crowned). After her coronation, Manyata finds out about Akash's fall (Story pick up here).
