El universo al que estará Ulquiorra, es un universo alternativo al original de Boku No Héroe, donde aquí el mundo estará regido por las mujeres... Si, mujeres. El hombre sera un recurso valioso, no porque estos sean los únicos que no poseen un kird o peculiaridad/singularidad. Sino que hay tan pocos de ellos que temen a que este desaparezca, ya que día tras día solo nacer mujeres, y de entre cada 1000 bebes que nacen, solo uno es barón, y eso si es que sobrevive al nacimiento. Aquellos que aun viven, son tan pocos que son considerados tan valiosos que este es el principal foco de disputas y crímenes, en pocas palabras, el hombre puede ser contrabandeado ilegalmente, ya que son secuestrados y transportados a otros países. He aquí la mayor disputa por los pocos hombres en el planeta, aunque en el primer capítulo es cuando sucederán dos cosas. Primero, si quieren saber tienen que leer. Segundo, Ulquiorra llegara a este universo, lo cual con su llegada habran otros eventos.
