When Bella comes to Forks, and starts letting her feelings get in the way of Silver and what she does, Silver snaps. She goes to La Push, seeking a home to stay in, away from her perfect sister who got everything she's ever wanted. She finds herself staying with Embry Call, one of her best friends.Along with Embry, Jacob, and Jared, she becomes truly one with the Quilete Tribe, embracing her mother's heritage as a Quilete woman.The problem is, she doesn't know who her mother is. Then all of a sudden, she is thrusted into a world war of two worlds, the Shadowhunters world which was also the human one, and the Demon one.Then Clary finds out that she has an older sister, Ren Fairchild, who has the same powers she has, except more powerful. When Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr go looking for other mutants, in a great effort, to stop the world from going into a third world war, they are surprised by who they find.The first of the three that were found last is a girl who goes by the street name of a Dive, who was soon revealed by Charles without a protest from her, to be able to manipulate all sorts of water, and even turning herself into water for limited amount of times, using it to move, from place to place.The next mutant they find, is a boy that goes by Circuit. His powers were quickly revealed to be the powers to manipulate, absorb, and even temporarily to become the lightning, as well as electrical energy that he absorbs and then uses to power himself up. He is also said to be able to completely destroy metal and things made of metal if he pushes enough electrical energy through it, causing it to explode in response.The last of the three, is perhaps, the most dangerous mutant of them all.With telekinetic abilities to rival that of Charles Xavier, the girl who now goes by Second she would be a very good and very useful ally to their cause...if only they could get her to stop speaking through images in their heads. After being held in confinement since she was 7 for stealing out of a supermarket to try and get food for herself and her twin, Carmen and Gus Storm were in their own version of hell, being put in an orphanage, after refusing to give anyone the names of parents.None of the other kids knew however, that the both of them were mutants, that knew exactly how to use their abilities, but they didn't have anyone to use the weirdness about them yet.After 9 years of being in the orphanage, the twins managed to escape, and immediately get caught by the police for stealing again.But this time, they were going in a cell for sure, and not back to the orphanage. Well, not that they knew of anyways.Until two men showed up, and brought one of their fellow inmates out of prison with them. Carmen and Gus refused to be separated, no matter what would happen to them, and no matter where they would be going.Carmen had the ability to strengthen pulses of electricity, and to use them to fight and even travel to an area where electric currents pass through, and she can even absorb electricity coming out of any port within her reach.Her twin brother Gus, can shut down electrical systems, automatic weapons, and anything with a system or a control, he can shut down. He can even suppress other mutants' abilities for short bursts of time.Carmen is known as Blackout, while Gus is known as Pulse. As much as the two would love to be able to keep each other out of the fighting, it just... is not possible anymore.Especially not now, when multiple people... no multiple mutants, are being collected and recruited by both sides of the war.Now, they are all called upon to save the world, but... from who are they saving the world?Book 1 in the Bonds seriesI own nothing in X - Men except for Carmen and her powers, with the name I have given her.Comic character are not mine and their powers are owned by the comics and their writers.Any characters who are not in the comics, are mine.
