Chapter Nineteen

Ashwin wrapped the conference call with Damodaran and Venkatesh. They were discussing regarding a new partnership with a client. Stretching his tired limbs, he walked inside the bathroom, did his duties and came out.

After changing his t-shirt, Ashwin walked up to the bed and sat against the headrest and placed a call to Baba Baskar.

"Solu da magane" Baba Baskar answered from the other side.

"Master, andha Ramakrishna vishayam yenna achu?"

"Andha aal yenna ma nadikuran da! Veetu ponnu yenna panra yethu panra therla, pavam, apdi ipdi nu. Sivaangi soluchu adachu vachu kodumai paduthunan nu. Ipo ava ilama soththu vachu onum pana mudiyathu nu yepdi nadikuran paru!"

"Andha aal apdi dhan, Master. Athu naan visaricha vara apdi dhan elarum sonanga. Koncham careful ah dhan irukanum. Yenna soli vachurukinga andha aal ta?"

"Namma plan pana mathiri dhan paniruken. Andhra ku aal anupi theda soliruken nu soliruken da. Aana ivan romba naal samalika mudiyathu ipdi kaaranam soli"

"Naanum yosichen, Master. Avan vera yartayachum porathuku neraya vaipu iruku"

"Avana yethachum satta sikkal la maati vitu ula vaika mudiyatha da?" Baba Baskar thought for a second and asked, "Andha aal ah podama samalikanum na ipdi yethachum pan adhan mudiyum nu thonuthu"

"Master! Naanum idha dhan yosichu vachurundhen. Andha aala yendha case la maati vida nu vara oru rough plan mathiri potu vachuruken. WhatsApp la anupi viduren. Pathutu onga lawyer ta oruka confirm panikonga. Senju vitruvom. Avalum pavam, yepdi bayathulayeh vachurukathu"

"Seri, naan nalaiku lawyer ta pesuren itha pathi. Koncham maasam pogatum. Andha aal ta irundhu Sivaangi ku yepovum prachana varadha mathiri ava soththum avaluku vara mathiri yethachum panuvom"

"Seri, Master. Naan ongaluku rough plan potadhu send paniduren"

"Aprm Sivaangi yenna da panra? Avaluku nala set agirucha? Ava mobile ah kuduthu vitrundhen ney, thirumba kuduthutiya?"

"Avaluku yenna, inga iruka motha gumbalayum annan annan nu soli avanunga kuda arata adichutu iruka" Ashwin sighed, "Ava mobile data ellam back up eduthutu pudhusa oru mobile vangi kudukalam nu iruken, Master"

"Yenna, pechu la oru salipu theriyudhu?" Baba Baskar laughed, "Von friends gumbal yean da ivlo seekirama vandhanunga? Kalyanam agi oru varam kuda agala. Kastam dhan"

Ashwin got another call. It was from his mother.

"Master, amma kupduranga, nalaiku pesalam"

Ashwin hung up the call with Master. Heaving a deep sigh, he attended his mother's call.

There Sivaangi was busy chatting with Pugazh and Rakshan. Sanjay went out and yet to come back while Sarath was already sleeping out of tiredness.

"Ama, anneyy ongata kekanum nenachen, yean Ashwin Mumbai la work panraru nu soninga? Neenga elarum vera vera edathula work panratha soninga onna irundhutu?" Sivaangi asked as she faced both her brothers.

"Aprm avan kuda dhan daily irundhu adi vangitu irukom nu sona nee odaney naanga iruka yedathuku varen nu soliruka mata?" Rashan said.

"Adhu naanga panra thoziluku unakum safe kedayathu engalukum safe kedayathu, Sivaangi" Pugazh explained.

"Seri, adhu irukatum. Patha rende naalu la yepdi andha sidu moonji ah correct pana?" Rakshan asked.

"Ama, naanga varathukulla kalyanam mudiyura alavuku yenna achu? Andha Ashwin paiyan yethuvum olunga solala. Master yedhathula unna pathen sonan, katika pora ponnu nu kuptu vandhen nu sonan. Unna inga irundhu batharama anupi vaikuren nu sonan aana patha kalyanam agiruchu"

"Athu matum ilama naanga elarum irukom aana dhurathula irundhu unayeh pathutu pathutu poran. Yenna nadakuthu inga thangam"

"Neyy, athu naan avara love panren nu sonen ah" Sivaangi grinned widely and said with slight blush, "Avaru unna pidichuruku kalyanam panikalama nu ketaru. Naanum seri nu soliten"

"Yenna solra thangam?" Rakshan asked surprise.

"Apo Master kaga andha LIC building seri solalaya?"

Sivaangi narrated everything surprising both her brothers.

"Avaru modha keta apo naanum Master kaga dhan kekuraru nenachen neyy aana avaru ena pidichu dhan katikalam ah nu ketaru" Sivaangi clasped her hands together in happiness.

Rakshan and Pugazh were happy for their sister and best friend. They were the first ones to know about Sivaangi's feelings. Only after knowing that her feelings were genuine and because of her character they became close with Sivaangi and agreed to help her. They kept contact with her and looked out for both their friend and sister as best as they could.

"Avarukaga indha 7 varusham naan porumaiya kathutu paithiyam agama irundhen na adhu onga rendu per naala dhan anneyy. Thanks, neyy"

Sivaangi hugged both her brothers who reciprocated her gesture.

"Yepdiyoh avana correct panita. Vidhi yepdi lam veladuthu paru" Rakshan chuckled.

"Neyy, ithellam kadavul setting eh. Miss yeh agirukadhu" Sivaangi grinned.

The paasamalar trio chatted for few more minutes before deciding to call it night. Sivaangi hugged her brothers and wished them good night. Stretching her limbs, she lazily walked towards her room.

"Avaru yenna panitu irukaru nu therlayeh. Pavam, inaiku full ah yenna panaru nu therla" Sivaangi mumbled to herself.

Not bothering to knock, Sivaangi walked in. As soon as she stepped in, her eyes went to the bed. She found Ashwin sleeping on his side of the bed, a sight she always finds adorable.

With a smile lingering on her lips and eyes on Ashwin, Sivaangi walked towards him and adjusted his blanket. She took her clothes for the night and walked inside the washroom.

Dressed in fresh clothes, Sivaangi came out and sat down in front of the dressing mirror. She grinned when her eyes fell on the yellow thread hanging around her neck.

Finishing her night time skin routine, Sivaangi stood up and went to her side of the bed. Dimming the light in the room, she laid on the bed facing Ashwin who's facing at her direction.

With an admiring smile, Sivaangi let her eyes wander on Ashwin's face as she moved little closer to him. Dazed, she lifted her hand and traced her fingers softly on his face. Her index finger traced his bearded jaw line before climbing down to the mole on his neck. Her curious fingers then traced up to his cheek trying to memorize his facial features.

"Innum evlo neram mogathula kolam poduva?"
