101 Hospital Visits
This short story is based off of observations I made over the course of 24 hours, specifically while I was in the hospital.

This short story used the prompts of the first and last lines of Ernest Hemingway's story, "Hills Like White Elephants". It is about a group of young adults travelling to another country offering safe haven after their own was destroyed in a bombing.

uses the prompt: Write a story of a Thanksgiving dinner that doesn't go as expected, but is somehow still "successful" anyway.It's the story of a group of college kids who are unable to go home for the holidays, so they make their own thanksgiving meal.
the alpha's rogue
Lacee and her family are the most feared group of rogues, who bring destruction wherever they go. The family consists of Lacee, her older brother Nathen, her parents, her grandfather, aunts and uncles and 250 cousins (nobody is really related by blood, the family just takes in rogues who want a family but not be in a pack). Her family goes around trying to ruin packs because of a dispute her grandfather had which got him kicked out of his old pack (he did nothing wrong!) When Lacee and her favorite cousin Ashton are assigned to kidnap a pack member from the biggest and strongest pack of the country, things go horrible wrong. A few miles out of the territory, they crash, literally, into the beta of the very pack which they just escaped from. To make matters worse, he takes them back to the pack and keeps them under lock and key. One day the alpha goes to check on the two criminals and Lacee and the alpha immediately feel a pull towards each other. What is that pull, you ask? THEY ARE MATES!!! Lacee, of course, has been warned to stay away from her mate because mates 'only bring you trouble' says her grandfather, but the alpha, named Xavier, has been told to cherish his mate and never let her leave his side. What will happen when these two opposing ideas clash? Will Lacee be able to resist the pull of mates and escape from her alpha? What will happen when the biggest pack tries to take on the strongest family of rouges? Read to find out! I will update once or twice a week, depending on how many votes I get. April Showers Brings May Flowers
What do you do when you have a crush on someone? Tell them, right?Wrong. April Showers has been in love with May Smith since freshman year, but has never gotten the courage to ever even talk to her. Her only form of interaction with May? Giving May a bouquet of flowers every day, anonymously. May Smith has been getting flowers from someone for the past for years, and is tired of not knowing who it is. She decides to start her own investigation to find whoever is leaving her flowers, since, frankly, it's gotten a little weird.

Demon's Blood (on hold)
Carmen, her brother Jamie, and her friend Jason are all demon hunters, and orphans. When they need a new home, they go to the Institute and find themselves living with seven crazy, and quite lethal, teenagers. While learning how to live with others who could slice your head off at the drop of a hat, Carmen also has to deal with sexy Carter, who she met clubbing one night, and won't leave her alone. This book is sort of a fanfic of The Mortal Instruments, but it has totally different characters, and has nothing to do with the plot in The Mortal Instruments. While on the subject of the Mortal Instruments, I highly recommend reading it. I found it on accident, and I fell in love with the series. I do not own any of the terms that have to do with shadowhunters, or any of the names of demons/angels. Please enjoy, and don't forget to comment about what you think!
