She's stuck in hell.
Screams. Bangs. Music. Horror type? More like “I’m going to kill you, let me play music to keep me focus on your death.” I feel strapped down onto an old wooden chair. I couldn’t specifically tell what it was since I was blinded with almost like black rubber tape. It smelt gross and made me sicker into my stomach then I already was. I could see something things but only my thighs and the chair, possibly some of the floor, but it were hard to see. But it wasn’t just because of the weird smelly tape, it was also because I was blinded myself in a way. My vision was blurry, and it would be perfectly HD for a minute, then fuzzy. I tried to move, shake, anything to try to get out of the chair or even move it. But no, it was, as well, tied down but with nails. My whole belt felt chained up with massive amount of belt straps. I felt them around my wrists, my elbows, my neck, my head, my legs, knees, almost every inch of my body. I was sore, wasn’t sure if it was because it was so tight on me plus the addition of how many were on me, but maybe because I was possibly abused before anything. My mind was swirling and became more blurry as every word I’m speaking inside my head. My mouth had something metal, tighten around towards my whole jawline, it was huge enough to nearly covered my face. I wasn’t exactly sure what to call it, but I know it was used as a mask for an execution for a prisoner if they wished to be dead this way. Was this going to happen to me? Did I even ask for death so soon? I was only soon to be 18, I don’t deserve to end my life now, especially when I don’t understand what’s even happening to me.

تکنیک های کاهش استرس برای سخنرانی در جمع چندین سال پیش من به یک سخنرانی عمووم ی فرسوتاده شودم و متاسوفانه اشتباه کردم و دعوت را پذیرفتم .به عنوان یک دانش آموز به شودت دربواره ا یو ن رویداد هول داشتم و هر شب خواب می دیدم که در زمان سخنرانی هیچ مطلبو ی به خاطرم نمی آید . سه روز قبل از سخنرانیم هر چقدر تولاش موی نموودم و هور چقودر تمور ین می کردم فایده ای نداشت و وقتی می ، خواستم شوروع بوه صوحبت کوردن نموا یم نفسم می تا اینکوه ، اما عاقبت روز مقرر فرا رسید و هیچ اتفاق بدی نیفتاد ، گرفت اکثر افراد بوه مون گفتوه ، نظرات برخی از حاضرین در جلسه به من انتقال یافت بودند: به نظر می ، انقدر نگرانی نیاز نیست رسید تو هر جملوه را بوه خواطر اسوترس زیادی که داشتی با دقت به حافظه سپرده بودی و همین موضوع سبب می شد در حین صحبت هایت بسیار مصنوعی و حتی شبیه یک عروسک خیمه شب بازی به نظر بیایی .رفتارت بسیار ماشینی بود و شبیه یک گوینده اخبار شود ه بوود ی کوه خبرها را از روی نمایشگر مقابلش می خواند . 155 جالب است بدانیو د در طوول یو ک سوال و نو یم گذشوته مون در حودود سخنرانی و ارائه داشته ام و اوضاع برای من به شکل قابول تووجه ی تغییو ر کورده است . هنوز هم پیش از برخی از این سخنرانی های عمومی قودر ی دچوار اضوطراب می شوم
