A 16 year old teenager named Nizzar had to die after successfully saving an elementary school boy who was almost hit by a vehicle, but because of his kindness, he was given a second chance to live in the world from Nihonkoku Shoukan, a Japanese manga he had read, and he was given the power to building his country but with troops from movie and game series that he had watched or played, but it wouldn't be exciting if there were no threats, he was also given the fact that the world of Nihonkoku Shoukan where he was located was 180 degrees different, where there were Sirens, the mortal enemies of the Azur Lane series. , apart from having to fight Sirens, Nizzar also has to face other threats that could potentially threaten his country
