The Second Child
The council has declared only one child per family. All other children must be given away. Since Sophie is Sophie, she and Dex and allowed to keep their second and third child. When Sophie finds out she is pregnant again the family has to go into hiding. Except Lucy. She has to pretend that her family disappeared with out her knowing everyday.
