By this time however, he has played right into the hands of the Sontarans, or the Rutans?By acquiring the Doctor, the Sontarans and the Rutans prepare to create a clone of the Doctor to become a military strategist in successfully winning the war against their opponents. This then goes to extreme levels, as each race declare war upon the universe with the Doctor. However, the clone splits off a previous incarnation of the Doctor, and in his Eighth incarnation, must team up with his original being to turn the war on the Sontarans and Rutans to a perpetual end. With two Doctors, two warrior races, one settlement to bring the bloodshed to an end before the universe is encapsulated within it...
