However raising well behaved and impressionable children in an environment with people who have undesirable quirks that you don't want rubbing off on your child, you find this to become a rather difficult issue to deal with. CLIMATE CHANGE: what does it mean?
The words Climate Change have entered our vocabulary with hurricane force. It's difficult to pick up a newspaper, view the evening news, or read more than a few minutes on social networks, or the web without encountering these words. But what do they mean? Is climate really changing? How is it changing? Hasn't it always changed? Didn't we just recover from an ice age that ended only ten thousand years ago; and, didn't Europe just recover from a mini ice age that ended only a few centuries ago? So, what does climate change really mean? Does any one know? If these questions interest you, then please read on, as I try to shed some light on this complex, socio-political issue.

A plague wipes out the male species. Women quickly rise to positions of power to guide the new world. And they do so succesfully: forging world peace, solving the global warming problem, taking care of the poor, and making free internet available to all. For love they turn to each other. For religion they turn to the Goddess. Using advanced eugenics they eradicate undesirable traits such as jealousy, self-doubt and depression in their remale offspring. The world seems like a garden of Eden, but below in the subtunnels a secret awaits them which can threaten them all.

Supernatural creatures exist only in stories, in fables and legends, but never in real life. As long as all humans believe that, the World Alliance for Supernatural Protection-or WASP, as it is more commonly known-is accomplishing its mission. Historically, in countless instances over thousands of years, humans cannot be trusted not to kill supernatural creatures when their existence has been proven; one has only to look at the global near-extinction of dragons and unicorns to see the truth of that. However, despite the best efforts of WASP and the supernatural creatures around the world, accidents do happen, and when they do, it is the job of WASP special operatives to clean up the accident, to make it seem like nothing ever went amiss. WASP special operatives are highly trained in the various arts and methods of making accidents disappear. Different special ops teams tend to get sent on different jobs, based on their talents and skill sets. My team, Special Ops 13, is WASP's secret weapon, the proverbial do-not-touch-except-in-case-of-emergency red button. When WASP calls on Special Ops 13, something has gone very, very wrong.

For what seems to be endless life cycles of seasons after seasons after seasons, the people of the planet, Caswuna, lived a respectable and healthy life. The changes the people of this world went through were not anything drastic. Everyone realized they had to take charge more than their usual everyday activities. Because of the global economic catastrophe, most, if not all forms of government, through the many nations, were silenced. Slowly but surely, the small groups found out how to save their water... by not washing clothes or using less of the clothing they had. They came to realize they had to wear something from elements of nature. Many but not all tribe members learned to live without the domination of materialism, like clothes. This story can speak to us today. We can't let greed, industrialism, and the simplest details of life dictate our personal, cultural, and national lives. We can live without these industrial standards if we want to hard enough. Don't let shiny objects be an obsession. It is never what we have or do that is the issue, but it could be how we live our own lives. Never live in our comfort zones.
