"I see nothing that you can offer me," She said eyeing him head to toe. There was a clear hint of dismissal in her tone as she got up to leave. Catching the steps with her, Mahil smiled, "I don't think that's true.""Eh?" She frowned. "How about a dance? If you don't like it; I leave. If you do like it..." He paused for a moment as her eyes scanned him curiously and then continued, "If you do like it, still, I leave."__________________Mahil Malhotra waited for one woman all his life, as he had promised his mother. Although, he didn't know who and where she was, just the idea of her existence was enough to keep away from all the beautiful women showing their interest in him.One fine day she walked in. Bhagavad-Gita is the most beautiful, perhaps the only true philosophical song existing in any known tongue' - so opined William von Humboldt.Though it is a matter of consensus that Bhagvad-Gita in the present length of seven hundred verses has many an interpolation to it, but no meaningful attempt has ever been made to delve into the nature and extent, not to speak of the effect of these on the Hindu society at large. The moot point that has missed the attention of all, all along, is that if the Sudras were to be so lowly in the Lord's creation, how come then the Gita's architect Krishna, His avatar, and Vyฤsa, its chronicler, happen to be from the same lowly Hindu caste fold. Moreover, is it not absurd to suggest that either or both of them had deprecated the station of their own varna (caste) on their own in their very own Gita? The methodical codification of interpolations carried out here, for the first time ever, puts the true character of Gita in proper perspective. Identified here are hundred and ten slokas of deviant nature and or of partisan character, the source of so much misunderstanding about this book extraordinary, in certain sections of the Hindu fold. Thus, in the long run, exposing and expunging these mischievous insertions is bound to bring in new readers from these quarters to this over two millennia old classic besides altering the misconceptions of the existing adherents. In this modern rendition, the beauty of the Sanskrit slokas is reflected in the rhythmic flow of the English verses of poetic proportions even as the attendant philosophy of the song that is the Gita is captured in contemporary idiom for easy comprehension.Link to the audio book in YouTubehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vFU3-LD4iM&t=10s
This is the book one of my new series. The Kurukshetra Series based on the great epic of India the Mahabharata. Though this story completely follows a different path.Born in Vrindavan a young notorious boy is named Krishna. Pulling childhood pranks with his friends and elder brother Balaram who is sceptical about his younger brother 's notorious temperament. Krishna has to perform many big tasks to wipe out the evil from this world. But a terrible threat lingers around the boy who is none other than his own uncle Kansa... Krishna has to discover many secrets regarding his birth and life purpose to fulfill the purpose of his AVATAR.This is a work of fiction and all characters and incidents described in this book are the product of the author's imagination. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental.
Bhagvad Gita, the essence of all spiritual knowledge, offers an unbiased perspective of major truths of life as well as of the universe. But most of the readers are quite apprehensive in picking up the Gita, as it encompasses a mammoth reading with meanings hard to grasp and even more difficult to implement. This book is a humble attempt at simplifying the profound knowledge contained in it.The book explains the key lessons of Bhagvad Gita with the help of stories, anecdotes and real life experiences. To make it further relevant and easy to implement for students, each lesson is followed by Student takeaways and Point to ponder.Additionally, the book aims at instilling the spirit of courage, determination and hard work in readers so that they can take on the challenges of life head-on; and, be thankful to the mentors who helped them on their way to success.
This 'overdue' work, may lead the 'denied' Hindu castes as well as the Gita-favored folks for an objective approach to the 'as it is' book that could dispel the misgivings of the former and the delusions of the latter, thereby bridging the Hindu emotional gulf with its abridged book that restores its original form. Whether or not one concurs with its propositions, this original work could be of interest to the students of logic and reasoning as well.

It is a poem that is set in the Mahabharata times. Arjuna, the finest archer, falls into a dilemma as he realizes that all his relatives have turned against him and are on the side of his evil brother, Duryodhana. Lord Krishna, the flute bearer, is on Arjuna's side and comprehends Arjuna's bewilderment. It is then that Lord Krishna delivers a noteworthy statement on the philosophical aspect of life, soul, and death. This poem is a beautiful rendition of The Bhagvat Gita that spills the crux of The Bhagvat Gita succinctly.
Summary: Karna-Parshuram interactions changing Karna and the course of the epic.(Outburst chapter is:A different ending to the Dyut Sabha.Karna saves Draupadi and Kunti reveals the truth.)(Suppose) Karna spends at least a decade under the tutelage of Bhagvan Parshurama, not only for weaponry but also for his daily teachings about righteousness. Unlike the actual Mahabharat, where Karna learns almost everything about weaponry from Drona and his only motive to go to Parshurama was to get the Brahmastra to use against Arjun, all modern adaptations want to make Drona reject Karna, make him Parshurama's (favourite) student and still want him to call Draupadi a "whore" at the Dyut Sabha - and this is what I refuse to accept. Any person, especially a child, who spends this long in the presence of, let alone learning from, an avatar of Vishnu himself, a student of Mahadev, cannot turn out to be evil. Update: returning back to this story because I have more free time now, hopefully aiming for something like biweekly updates.
Mahabharata is one of the most epic and revered ancient Indian texts. It is a massive epic poem and a significant piece of Hindu mythology and history. Here's a brief description:The Mahabharata is an ancient Indian epic that consists of over 100,000 verses and is traditionally attributed to the sage Vyasa. It is divided into 18 books or parvas and is written in the form of a dialogue between characters. The epic centers around the conflict between two groups of cousins, the Pandavas, and the Kauravas, over the throne of Hastinapura.Key elements of the Mahabharata include the famous Bhagavad Gita, a sacred conversation between Lord Krishna and Prince Arjuna, which imparts spiritual wisdom and guidance. The epic explores complex themes such as dharma (duty/righteousness), karma (action and its consequences), and the nature of human existence. The Mahabharata is not just a historical account but also a repository of mythology, philosophy, and moral teachings. It has had a profound influence on Indian culture, literature, and religious thought for millennia and continues to be a source of inspiration and guidance for people around the world.
Kehete hain Rishton ke dhagge kuch alag se hote hain.Pyaar ki ek dori, kinch sakti hai, mudh sakti hai par kabhi toot nahi sakti. Kyu? Kyunki jodiyan Bhagvan banata hai, insaan to sirf vishvas bunta hai.Aisi hi ek jodi I am going to show you, jinke bich ki dor, tutkar bhi judh gayi kyunki SOULMATES CAN NEVER BE APART

If Modi indeed were to be the ninth avatar, besides restoring the purity of the Bhagvad-Gita by ridding it of its ritualistic as well as the casteist interpolations to usher in the Hindu renaissance and social unity, he would rectify the detrimental religious fault lines in the India-inimical constitution. Equally importantly, besides blinding the demographic eye of the Abrahamic faiths on Maa Bharati, he would ensure that they won't foul mouth the Hindus and their dharma. If not, he could be but a half avatar meant only to make India strong so that the external developments on the anvil - the electric vehicle short-circuit in the Muslim oil wells and the Islamic strife in the Christian world - would take care of its internal problems.
Vengeance lived in Maya's veins until she met Rudra. The revenge was finished, MJ and other inhumans responsible for her affliction had been destroyed.Life took a turn where there wasn't a single purpose to live. Rudra's hatred for her knew no bounds. What would happen when the ashes of her heart seem insurmountable to be healed by the ice cubes of revenge?Or maybe love could cure it all.Cover Credits: @weirdosaurs
Duniya mein khoon ke rishto ke alava bhi kuchh aise rishte hote hain , jo is rishto se aage nikal jate hain .Yeh kahani bhi aise hi rishte ki hain .. Do anjaan vykti ke beech pyar ka anootha rishta kayam karti hain .Maanav aur Anokhee dono ek hi office mein saath kaam karte the . Shayad bhagvan ne hi un dono ko milaya tha aur unmein baap beti ka rishta sthapit ho jata hain . Paiso ke abhav se us ki shaadi nahi ho pati hain ..Us haalat mein woh bhagkar ek muslim ladke se vyah racha leti hain . Aur kuchh hi mahino mein ek beti ka Uphaar dekar ek nailaaj beemari mein chal basti hain . Woh apni beti ke liye kuchh bhi nahi kar paya tha , us ka Maanav ko sadaiv ranj hota hain .Muskaan ki jagah Manav ki zindagi mein Anokhee dakhil hoti hain . Jo ek mevki xerox copy sabit hoti hain . Dono mein kafi Samanta thi . Maanav ke liye dono ek jaisi ahamiyat rakhti thi .Manav ek garib insaan tha . Us ki yehi garibi ne us ki iklauti beti Muskaan ka balidaan lita
Spiritual messages by Shri Om Dayalu. We dedicate this book to Shri Dayalu Bhagvan who led us to illumination from ignorance and awakened us from our deep intoxication. Love is not a commodity. but, it is a feeling. We ask love but we do not give love. Love is a donation and not a thing to be begged. Learn the art of love. Love is an art and not a property. Meet all, observe all, but with love. Love becomes your style. You argue that if someone loves me, you will love him. But I say that if you will love, there will be love. You can be the owner of only those things which you can give, and you will be slave of all these things which you hold on. How can you be the owner of that thing which you hold on. How can you be the owner of that thing which you dare not to give? Love makes you the owner. As I drank the elixir of this knowledge, all my past bitterness and future worries evaporated completely. Filled with deep gratitude and complete freedom, my heart started embracing entire Universe with unfathomable compassion. - Om Dayalu
